We dropped a table and door for glass replacement over 3 weeks ago No at Churchill answers phone or emails on these items. Are they still in businesPatio table was left at Churchill for new glass to be cut for it and storm door also left for repair on June 3rd. Churchill representative had previous provided pricing and turn around time (5 business day). Since 6/10 on, no one answers any of the company phone numbers or response to email requests. After 7 weeks of numerous phone and e-mail messages, [redacted] failed to provide an estimate or return our glass to us as requested.On 1 April 2014, [redacted] came to the house to evaluate the job for us. We had used him before and had been satisfied with his work. We gave him some glass table tops to be cut to size (so we could re-use them) and asked him to provide an estimate. I e-mailed him a spreadsheet that summarized our discussion and make it easy for him to estimate each component. I did tell him we weren't in a hurry, but thought he'd at least get me an estimate within a reasonable time frame. I finally told him our deadline for the project would be 21 June. (But I need an estimate before the project due date in order to determine what components I can afford and therefore approve for work.) Occasionally, he'd answer his phone (I never did receive an estimate or any communication via e-mail) and promise he'd get an estimate to us. On 21 May, I asked him to return out glass within the week since it was evident that our project is not a good fit for him (since he can't even get us an estimate). As of 28 May, we have received no response and no glass. I have another vendor lined up and would like our glass returned. His lack of follow through and communication with us is most frustrating. If our project isn't a good fit for his work and/or schedule, simply tell us. I want our glass returned asap. It's not a difficult or unreasonable request.
