hired church hill for my sons wedding on 9/29/We were to receive a passenger shuttle to transport wedding guests from StHedwig Church in Milwaukee to The River Club in MequonWe needed this size limo and it has been determined based on my passenger list that a passenger shuttle was sent insteadthis left guests without a ride to Reception in MeqounAlso, ordered another passenger shuttle to begin return transportation back to the Milwaukee area beginning at pm and ending at a.m Told shuttle would arrive at 9:at the River Club to begin the transportTold shuttle broke down and a new one was ordered Shuttle service did not actually begin until 10:p.m This caused all shuttles to be late and caused many issues with returning guestsThese issues caused many problems for mother of the groom who was in charge of transportation on what should have been a very special daySince the event, I have sent emails and made phone calls as well to Churchill

My son and or so of his friends paid $to rent a luxury shuttle bus for their prom The bus they were on didn't have a working speedometer, parts were literally falling off of the bus when they were driving, the driver almost hit another vehicle, drove reckless in and out of his lane, jumped three lanes, went over a curb, and ended up having the breaks go out on him I know this because parents were following the bus to the destination As if that weren't enough, the driver had the itinerary for a park in Waukesha to take pictures and it ended up driving to GreenfieldThey never made it to the correct address They drove right past the park and a few minutes later the breaks went out Luckily all the parents that were following the bus were able to take the kids to the restaurant they had a reservation for The kids were 45minutes late for their dinner reservation The parents then had to drive all of them back to Eagle WI where the prom was being held The kids and par

However, this was not the vehicles that I agreed upon on. I made my down payment on December 2013 and based on our contact, we were to get a Black Excursion to seat 20 people.It was a very hot day on this that day when you ride in a limo, I know that they have some type of air conditioning system or cool air of some sort but this was not the case. We had to have the window down on this very hot day. The radio was very static and it made the ride very UN pleasure for me and my bridal party. Not to mention the preparation and the cost for my bridal party and I paid to get our hair done which messed up our hairstyles due to the wind and my wedding pictures. Review: Car purchased 9/19 Churchill Limo (CK auto)

When I LOOKED AT CAR OIL LIGHT ON and ASKED AND WAS TOLD IT COULD BE SENOSR OR BECAUSE IT WAS SITTING A WHILE nothing was noted on the car sticker( which I did not get copy of when his worker took off) aside from faulty air conditioner and no spare tire/jack - ASKED AGAIN WHEN PICKED UP – SAME ANWSER AND WAS TOLD TO GET AN OIL CHANGE - and was told any noise I heard was due to the car sitting. I asked for the codes off the Diagnostic machine so I could give them to her mechanic and was told I didn’t need to do that and the car was fine – nothing wrong with it since he checked it out. He would not give the codes. The following day I called and said the check engine light was on and the oil light on and off. He told me again it is because it’s been sitting.

9/20 TOOK TO valoliene on 27th street in Milwaukee. THEY SAID OIL WAS FULL AND CLEAN AND NOTHING LEAKING FROM BELOW - THEY DROVE CAR OUT TO HER AND ASKED TO LOOK AT UNDER HOOD THEY AND FOUND THAT THERE WAS LITTLE TO NONE POWER STEERING FUILD – SO THEY FILLED.

FROM THE DMV web page: Dealerships are required to list any problems they should reasonably have known about based on their inspection, test drive and paperwork check.

THE LIGHT CAME ON AND OFF AT DIFFERENT TIMES BUT TO DUE WHAT I WAS TOLD I DIDN’T THINK ANYTHING. Although I did call Ken again and was told again it’s a sensor and because the car had been sitting. The car is fine.

DRIVING AROUND TOWN THE CAR DIDN’T SEEM TO HAVE AN ISSUE -aside from the oil light still going on and off and engine light at times.

I only drove locally in the area to and from work which is only a 15-20 minute drive.

0N 9/27 (7 DAYS) TOOK ON FIRST SHORT TRIP ( 70 MILES) While driving the temperature gage remained in an adequate position, the oil and engine light were on and off as before. Shortly after the engine light came on and started making terrible noise I pulled over AND OFF FREEWAY IMMEDIATELY and went to gas station. All radiator fluid leaked out the bottom of car and it was making a terrible noise. Several people came to help, and advised me to not drive and have it towed which we did (115.00) While driving the temperature gage never moved from normal. Called OWNER and was very uncooperative And was not responsible for really anything. Car was towed to Meienke car care center in Sun prairie where the mechanics ran diagnostics that Saturday 9/28 report available. Several items noted. (53.00)

I and my mother both called CK (Churchill Limo) auto and the owner told us to get the car to him and he would look at it and did not trust mechanic in Sun Prairie - 211.00 tow from Sun prairie to CK auto sales (Churchill Limo). The mechanic in Sun Prairie told us that this happened because the car got hot. Which would only happen after driving for a long time. Again the temperature gage never moved to hot. He also said that the oil in the car was good and full. His report talks about some metallic substance that was added to the radiator probably to mask a leak and that the cap did not hold pressure.

The car was not getting towed back till after five and CK auto would be closed and we said we would meet the driver and get the keys and come back Monday. Owner did not want us to take keys very insistent that keys be there or he would not even look at the car - although he was not going to look at till maybe Monday - We said we would be there at 10:00 am when he got there and he still insisted that we leave keys. He waited for the tow driver to make sure he got the keys. He told me he would not have looked at it by 10:00 and to not bother coming he didn’t need us “hanging around”. There is not a licensed mechanic at his location so we were not sure “who” was going to be doing the check on the car.

We believe that there was NOT reasonable disclosure expectation when buying car and that full discloser regarding the status of the car was not provided. He did not disclose the radiator cap pressure nor the lack of power steering fluid or did not adequately address the oil light issue - and the engine light issue. When asked for the codes from the diagnostic test he would not provide - therefore hiding information from us- We believe that CK auto was fully aware of the car issues and did not disclose the problems. There is a Revdex.com complaint attached which interestingly sounds very similar to the answers we got.

10/1 meeting with ken at ck auto

He insists that nothing is still wrong with car and it makes no noise - all he did was turn it on - No mechanic looked at it. He states he is not responsible for anything. I spoke about reasonable expectation and full discloser. He seem to want to just talk over us and continue to say he is not responsible. We called the mechanic again in sun prairie and he spoke with ken and ken said he doesn’t believe him even though ken had no mechanic look at the car. I said the sun prairie car shop did not run up a list of repairs that would cost hundreds of dollars, why would they lie. We talked about how many times Katie called including the day after she took possession of the car and he just kept saying it was because the car had “been sitting”. He finally agreed to have a certified mechanic come to his location and look at it. I told him that maybe someone we know should take a look - he would not allow that.

10/2 OWNER OF CK AUTO CALLED STATING HE DROVE THE CAR FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TODAY ON THE FREEWAY AND OFF AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. NO NOISE. HE IS HAVING “HIS GUY” COME THIS AFTERNOON. HOWEVER, IF I WANTTO TRADE IT IN FOR SOMETHING ELSE ON THE LOT HE WOULD DO THAT. ASKED IF HE HAS A CAR HE WOULD SELL FOR 2000.00 HE SAID HE DIDN’T KNOW

10/3 Ken had no one come and look at car .. He drove the car and its fine - nothing wrong. If we want to take to a mechanic he said we could. I came to get the car and told him I was having Jeff at Jeff’s auto service look at car. Picked the car up and took it to Mechanic in the area.

10/4 I picked up car and took to Jeff’s auto repair - NEAR DEALER he said the same as the mechanic in sun prairie - engine shot. And this happened due to the longer car trip, it would not have on short trips. Ken still says the car is fine and she can trade in - not that we want to - doesn’t want to deal Katie’s mom and she should not come. Katie told him Jeff the mechanic would maybe come with her and ken said that is not necessary and he didn’t want to see him either.

10/8 brought the car to CK auto with the second mechanics report. He questioned this report and we told him he could call and talk to Jeff. He was not going to do that!! Ken still says I could look on the lot for a car. He had no information as to which car or cars he would consider for trade.. “ I don’t know -Go look I have to leave”. Several cars on lot have flat tires , more look very “warn” and several are priced way out of budget. Made little sense to look without him providing info as to what car he would consider. He suggested maybe mom should through in some more money. We told him we would want to take the car for an hour test drive and he said he would not allow. And I said that the current car had issues during a long ride. No way were we taking the car for that long of a drive. We said we would then take it to a mechanic to have him look at it and he would not allow that either. We asked for the money back and he said no way take me to court. Didn’t even get to the part where I want towing and mechanics fee’s reimbursed. We left.

The owner did not honstly represent the cars condition and repeatly masked the defects which I believe he knew about and denied after being asked from day one.Desired Settlement: purchase price of car (2000), comission (50), fees (100), mechanics charges (53 and 85) , towing charges (115 and 211) I am also looking into replacement of engine and costs for that. if engine replaced the cost of that to bring the car to expected driving condition. One does not expect to buy a car and have it last 8 days.

Review: This past Saturday July 25, 2015 we rented the Silver Hummer for our daughter's Quinciañera and it was horrible!!! Besides paying over $1300 for only two hours of service. There was a 3 hour minimum but only used their services for 2 hours. Who wants to ride in a limo with no air conditioning and broken seats (this is not safe).

1) There was no air conditioning and it was over 85 degrees - This is unacceptable.

2) No music for the kids

3) The main seat was broken and kids were flying off their seats (safety issues)

4) The driver was inexperienced driving

I emailed RoseMary and received no response back. I called her, introduced myself and said she was calling me back. Well, she hasn't.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive at least 1/2 of my refund back of $667.

Review: I paid $150 an hour for 5hours and 20% gratuity totaling $900 for a black party bus with a pole. They show up in a white bus with no pole and said it's a upgrade. Totally ruined my daughters 30th birthday. When I called on that Monday the owner came up with all type of excuses and never addressed the real problem. Then I read the reviews. the same thing has happened to other customers. That's probably why their under to different names Party Bus Milwaukee and Churchill Limousine. three different phone numbers [redacted]. What are they hiding from. I just don't want anyone else's day ruined like ours was.Desired Settlement: A refund and for them to be exposed for who they really are. And a apology for ruining my daughters day!

Our office was using this limo service for our staff outing to the Jimmy Buffet concert, I don't think it is pertinent but we are a dental office. When we booked our limo over the phone with [redacted], we were very excited, we had decided on the black limo with the "poles" and giant TV. We asked the bus to meet us at our office at 3 pm so when we showed up at 2:45 we were very surprised to see a giant white bus in our parking lot. The first thing our driver [redacted] said to us was "can I have the credit card the limo was billed on" followed by "where are we going again?" Looking past the exterior we entered the bus and found that there were no poles, no TV, and barely working A/C. Let me tell you, it was VERY hot this day! When the driver was asked about the A/C we were informed it was only working in the front(and clearly blasting up in the cab by him), he informed us if we would stop exiting and entering the bus then he could close the door and the A/C could build up. None of this was said with courtesy. When we informed the driver of the mistake/issues he rudely said well this is a better more expensive bus with a "why are you complaining" attitude. He informed us that if we wanted the other bus it would be at least 45min to switch them out. We opted to keep the white/wrong bus so we could get to our concert on time. Once we finally arrived at our venue, our driver conveniently disappeared when it was time to unload our belongings and once again was nowhere to be found when it was time to pack up. After the weekend was over and we had time to process and cool off from the situation we called the owner [redacted] to express our disappointment with their staff and services. He was VERY argumentative and would not give us a chance to explain anything, he kept saying "I gave you a better bus, and I gave you a good deal, its always those people who come back and complain." We explained that we paid a lot of money(over $1100) and were required to pay a mandatory 20% cash tip which led him to say "I'm the best company out there and don't do business with me anymore," he then proceeded to hang up. AWFUL! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!
