First part of the process was fine, but right on closing day, everything went wrongThey changed my rate for a mistake someone did and they took no responsibility , started asking me for more paperwork and more income proof, like they did the underwriting right before closing; after all the time I spent giving them paperwork and working with them, I didn't want to start the process again somewhere elseI end up closing a month after my first closing datereally bad experienceSent an email to their customer service giving my reviewno answer

Terrible experience! After being preapproved, Churchill delayed the process requiring one extension and needing another. Our seller wouldn't agree to the second extension without a firm close date. I have scads of documentation of the numerous times they delayed and screwed up, and how much damage it did to my finances, but too much to post here. Looking at their response to the previous negative review, I'm sure they will rebut my review. just know I would never do business with them again and would urge everyone I know, to avoid Churchill. They over promise and under deliver and in the end, couldn't get the job done. I did get a call from Matt Clarke the chief operating officer with an apology.
