Two years ago my roof and siding were replaced by this company due to hail damagesThey helped process and approved my insurance claim and eventually completed the project within four months or soI was very pleased at the time with their work until last winter when hit with heavy snow, my ceiling started to leakSome of the siding located out front and the J-channel surrounding one of the windows started to sag and now out of placeWhen I tried to contact the team I dealt with initially, they were no longer employed there and none of the phone numbers and emails were validThis was around February When I called the main number, their automated message said that they're closed for the winter but will re-open in MarchI called several times between the month of March and May, left voicemails, even sent emails, and finally this person "Jay" returned my call and we discussed the situationHe said that he was going to call me back since he was in the process of assembling his team, hiring contractors, etcbut now it's mid-July and I have yet to hear from this guyTheir site advertises year warranty for the workmanship, etcso make sure if you decide to hire this company, try to perform a thorough inspection and if you notice anything wrong get them to fix it IMMEDIATELY and CORRECTLY!
Had the company replace our roof back in the summer on Everything went according to plan until after a few periods of rain We have now had them out 2-times over the years to repaid the skylite which is worse then before the roof repair They are very professional when they come out but can not seem to fix the problem nor do they followup to see if the problem is corrected I am now going somewhere else to have the issue fixed
