The owners of this company are thieves. I placed an order December 23, it is now February 10th and still nothing. I received a tracking number but there is no tracking to that number. I have sent 20 emails, sent them a DM message through [redacted] left them 3 messages through ** and still nothing. they took my daughter's money really quick though. I hope someone finds a way to shut these people down. NEVER BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY.

about the complain I tried to contact the customer but the customer phone is on voicemail. with due respect the problem I have checked by myself customer came at drive thru and order a coupon for 20 pieces for mixed chicken for $20 dollars. because the drive thru is so busy my employee forget...

to give him fries which he came back instead of large they honored him with family fryes and then he ordered a one more large fries I have a video evidence for that I know he ordered the food on window at 8:31 pm cash out 8:38 pm returned for fries at 8:53 pm got the family fries 17 min food at home got cold I have checked the time temperature graph the food was cooked on en approved lime and temperature and have no sign end complain lot overcooked food at that time so the decision is on Revdex.com for us to take with due respect we are doing business here from tong time with no complains I have tried to contact Revdex.com for resolution of this complain but on the phone replied me to contact by email please reply. They had me sitting in their drive thru for like 25 minutes and that's not acceptable at all!!!!! Also their bathrooms are disgusting completely! !!!

This company is horrible. I placed an order on 11/30/15, expecting it to arrive for Christmas. On 12/21/15, I received an email that a shipping label was created. OK , they had no problem charging my credit card day of purchase, might I add. In good faith I still thought I'd get the Christmas present for my daughter in time. Not the case. It is now 1/3/16 and going on USPS website, it says on 12/28 pre-shipment info was sent, but this does not mean shipment was sent, in the USPS own words. I sent an email today and am disputing the charge, after reading the same exact reviews and going on to the Revdex.com.org. I wish I read about them before.

I ordered a hat for $35 and never received it. I have emailed multiple times and have never received a refund or the hat. I've been waiting over six weeks already. The frustration from buying from this company is insane.

This company is HORRIBLE. They delete ALL negative comments on their Instagram leaving only the positive. They take your money and don't sent the clothing. Their phone number is disconnected. They don't respond to emails or instagrams.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Why is it that this company can find where I was charged for, but cannot determine if the "accusation" was true. Sounds to me like you need a better way to track things or a new crew and manager.

I placed an order at this location and when I realized they had gotten my order incorrect I called to speak to someone. I put on the phone with a Spanish-speaking individual. I informed the person I do not speak or understand Spanish. He told me none of the workers are gong to speak English and that I better speak Spanish. When I called the next day to complain, the franchise owner became belligerent with me and hung up.

received a coupon via mobile application that was not honoredI am New to the Raleigh are of North Carolina as there are no Churchs chickens in New york. So without hesitation churchs has been my go to at least 2 to 3 times a week. Churchs has an application via [redacted] play that sends out coupons and I have used the coupons at every visit. on March 2nd about 5 pm I received a coupon via the application for an 8 piece meal for 6.00 and to my Surprise [redacted] the manager would not accept my coupon and was very nasty about it to the point where I called the corporate office and they were kind of dismissive about the situation. Desired SettlementI would want a churchs gift card
