Church's Chicken

The manager was in the lobby cleaning the vents. When I arrived I was the only customer in the building at that time. He continued to clean the vents slinging water in the air. He was on his cell phone via an earpiece. He was not only speaking loudly he was using profanity with every other word he spoke. As othe customers entered the restaurant this behavior continued. He moved from one end of the building to the door area again continuing to talk loudly on the phone using profanity. Once he made eye contact with me I asked him if he could quiet down as I could not hear what another customer was asking me. After the manager *** I was told is him name finished cleaning the vent by the door he went to retrieve a mop and started mopping the lobby not being mindful of all the customers that were in there by this point. *** finished mopping and returned from the back wearing the same gloves he had on when I first arrived. He removed the top with the soiled gloves still on a started filling the container. I got the attention of the cashier to get his attention on what he was doing. When the cashier brought this to his attention he started to curse and went to the fryer work station to turn off an alarm. Customers started to speak out and request their money back. When the cashier said my order was ready I aske for a refund, she told me good luck with that. I asked to speak with the manager and she pointed to ***. She said I would have to speak with *** the manager. I left the restaurant because I did not want to create a confrontational situation. After being in the restaurant and hearing his conversation on the phone I did not feel comfortable approaching him about a refund.

I went to this location to pick up food. When it was my turn to order food, the person taking orders just stopped and started sweeping instead. I asked him if he could take my order, he then became very rude to me. He in a rude way asked if I could see what he was doing. He had an attitude and told me he was going to clean before helping me. There were only a handful of workers there. He got an attitude with the person in line behind me and that person ended up just leaving. When trying to talk to the manager, she didn't care or help and would roll her eyes.

On Friday Feb the 16th at 11:58 a.m. I went thru the drive-thru and inquired about a 5-piece leg special, I was told that it would be $7.40, so I continue to the cashier and then I asked why last Friday the 9 of Feb I paid 10.99 for a ten piece special. The cashier told me because it was a special. So I then asked could I get the 10-piece special. I was told that I had to go back thru the drive-thru and re-order a 10-piece special. Keep in mind that there was no cars in front or behind me. So I went back and re-order a 10 piece leg special. This time when I got to the Cashier who name was *** threw my order to me and my change which I gave her a 20 dollar bill. Then we had words and this lady call me obesity and other names. I reported this to the church's website and have got no responses. I would like to be apologize to and I would like to be refund of my money. This was no means good customer service and She should be removed from her position.
