Review: After an energy audit done, by [redacted] program, I contracted with Churches General Contracting to do the work.
Due to limited access in the attic they had to blow insulation in through outside gabble vents. On 08/13/20013 we had a storm witch prompted me to replace the roof.
The roofing contractor had to replace a few boards no roof. After Removing boards I could see into attic. What I saw was insulation blown in piles and many areas not insulated.
I called Churches General Contracting and talked to [redacted], the GM. He told me did not understand and would come over to look at it. He never showed up.
They also replaced celling kitchen tiles and they are sagging. After some tiles were removed by me I found no insulation in the kitchen, and tiles were glued to plastic sheathing.
The bathroom is not insulated at all. Called contractor many times since 08/13/20013 with no resolve.Desired Settlement: Honor contract, level insulation,insulate kitchen, bathroom,replace ,kitchen tilles
