reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like the record to show reflect, that while I was informed the piece was out of stock, I was told it would be ordered and received within 2 weeks of my purchase. It took an extra amount of communication, my time, and complaining, to receive a NEW wedge as they tried to get me to take a used one, 7 weeks after my purchase. Billy did work to try and get the issue resolved and held up to his word on the final order and delivery date of my furniture piece which was delivered on 4/9/16 7 weeks after my initial purchase on 2/20/16.
