I have checked my Credit Card statement and see that the "pending charge" from teh hotel was reversed I am satisfied with this resolution I would suggest that the business post on their website and also let customers know when confirming the reservation
that it is a B&B and does not operate like a hotel with a 24xfront desk and closes at 9pm.Thank you
