covered under our warranty terms; it is not a failure of components or workmanship as stated in written warranty. The engine internal inspection revealed sticky deposits of oil and fuel constituents, a residue contamination created from improper cleaning, preparation, or replacement of intake manifold, faulty or inadequately cleaned PCV/EGR System.  These components were used, not new, and installed from Mr. Shonks’ original engine by his installer onto the new assembly he purchased from our company.  The inspection shows the carbon residue formed on the piston ring land causing ring land deformation to cylinder wall clearance, coated intake valve stems, and sticking valve lifter. In a goodwill effort to assist Mr.[redacted] with his failure, and with his acceptance, Engines Direct Distributors, LLC made necessary repairs to the engine product restoring it to the proper condition through our remanufacturing process and was tested for proper operation at no charge. Mr.[redacted] requested the return of the engine assembly by LTL freight at our discounted cost. The claim received from Mr.[redacted] and the Revdex.com is erroneous. The notice of complaint was not received at installation as stated, it was 5 months and 5,000 plus miles after installation, Mr.[redacted] was instructed corrections to prevent further failure after no-charge goodwill repair by our facility, engine assembly purchased is a longblock machined assembly and its accessorial components required for operation are not supplied by Engines Direct Distributors, LLC, we have never spoken with Installing mechanic, and the return freight cost of product was instructed by Mr. Shonk. Engines Direct Distributors, LLC has satisfactorily completed all of its obligations to this transaction.  Engines Direct Distributors, LLC is in no way obligated, associated with, or forced to have Revdex.com of Arizona conduct any negotiation related to our business.
