My husband and I took a Chevy Pickup truck to this business the month of August My husband drove the truck there and explained to Chuy what he wanted doneChuy kept saying that it would be no problemHe had my husband make a list of what he wanted doneThen he said he would need a down payment, so we gave him $1, He said it would take about a month or so We went to check on the truck about weeks later and he had not even started working on our truckMy husband asked what the problem was and Chuy said he didn't have enough money to order our parts, then "the guy who was going to paint" our truck had personal problems Excuse after excuse and months later...our truck is in shambles, parts are missingHe refuses to refund our money and as for the parts that are missing, well he claims one of his former employee stole the partsChuy says that was why the black guy was fired, cause he saw him on the security tapes stealing So what do we do now? He completely strips down My vehicle, then and let it set for over months, coming up with excuses and lies one after the other, for why it's not completeSaying the painter has the veichle in Troy Texas,
lying all this time, while my vehicle was hidden in his place of business!
He’s even had the nerve to call me, asking for a loan of $to pay his back taxes!
He's nothing but a thief and a liar!
Now my truck sits with thousands of dollars of damage, to get it back the way it was!
I drove it in there to get it restoredI told him exactly what I wanted done to my veichle!
I wrote everything down to completely to restore it inside and outInstead he has torn my truck to pieces!
I’m missing seat parts, missing screws missing bolts missing washers from all over my veichleMissing the head lights that came with the veichle, even the air-condition compressor, that was on my truck!
My dashboard completely tore out with wires hanging out all over the place insideHe’s even taken my rear license plateMaking excuses and lies about them being stolenWhen my veichle was locked inside his businessMy radio is missing, both mirrors, and other parts are brokenDo Not even go near this place unless you want this done to you!
