Review: I order products from the company and within the first two day they took the money out of my account. A week later they still haven't shipped the products and the company cannot be contacted by phone or email. The company's voicemail is full and the email doesn't work.Desired Settlement: I would like my parts to be shipped in a timely matter or a full refund made as soon as possible.

This customer has already been issued a refund. The item was on back order and the customer was notified but a response was not given until a later date at which time a refund was requested and completed.

Review: recently made a purchase through cimotosports.net , company took payment within 2 days of transaction. then 2 weeks later finally got a email from [redacted]... didn't even address the letter to my name ...WTF..... saying that the company doesn't make the product any more, we could help you find something or issue a refund. immediately I responded wanting the refund.... another week later and I still cannot get a hold of anyone, have tried calling the business phone number 3-4 times a day, NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE! this place is a SCAM!!!Desired Settlement: I would like full re-imburstment of $100.46 ASAP!!!! ALSO WOULD RECCOMAND THAT PEOPLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 'CIMOTOSPORTS.NET'

To whom this may concern, Rega ring our prior business with Mr John C [redacted]. We had contacted this customer via email regarding the order that the part was no longer available from the manufacturer and asked if he would like an item that was similar or if he would like a refund, to which we received a reply back stating he would like to cancel the order. We went ahead and processed his refund accordingly. Mr [redacted] should have no further complaints as we consider this matter resolved.
