I bought it their product in December 2020. After did my research about their products, I decided to return their product and I did it January 8, 2021. I tried to contact with them so many times and their answer was we are reviewing. Every time I call, their answer is we are reviewing. More calls and eventually they state they are unable to refund card and will email an echeck or food voucher. Today September 24, 2021 I callled again. No answer. I do not know how they are doing business in USA. I will make complain about them to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and FTC (Federal Trade Commission). I ask everybody do the same.

This company is a scam. Cancelled order 10 minutes after placing it. They still charged my card. Sent multiple emails and received an email cancellation confirmation. They still proceeded to ship the order after this and refused to refund my money. Many calls later I was told to send package back for full refund. My return was received at their warehouse over 2 weeks ago and no refund. More calls and they state they are unable to refund card and will email an echeck. Still waiting. Stay away from them. RIP OFF/SCAM

This company is taking advantage of people. My father tried to get what he thought was a free sample, and within no time, ended up with charges of over 200.00 on his account that he did not give permission for. We contacted the company and nothing about the people that we spoke to sounded legitimate. No one could provide employee ID's or give us to a supervisor. They just talked in circles. Obviously this company makes they're money off of ripping people off. The woman kept saying that it was on the website what he was getting, however there was no authorization whatsoever for the charges that he incurred. BUYER BEWARE! There is nothing worth the aggravation that this company will bring upon you. If I could have left negative stars I would have.

I proceeded to order buy 3 get 2 free for 3399 they overcharged me by $54 I sent an email telling them they overcharged me then I get another payment against my card for some Cato booster that I did not order.. I immediately sent them an email canceling that Cato booster that I did not order and it's been over two weeks and I have not received my funds back from my account I have not seen any emails for shipping or anything on the sea Alex I'm not sure if this is a legit company if I do not receive my money back in my account within 72 hours I'm going to call the attorney general in Arizona and have that office look into this company because I feel like this is definitely a scam be very aware before you click anything for an order for that site...

I went on line to order a supplement and when I went to check out a pop up appeared and said most people buy this product as well. I didn't approve the purchase and when I pressed continue it added the product to my order. Within minutes it came up on my bank account showing 2 charges. I immediately sent an email to their customer service and told them I did not order the second supplement and wanted it removed from my order and bank account. For the next three days I continued to write emails to this company and received no response. Both products shipped and were charged to my account. A month later I find two more charges on my account for additional product. I called the customer service number and got a foreign speaking woman who sounded like she was on a cell phone and kept breaking up. She told me that upon receipt of the order I should call back for a return authorization number and request I be removed from the subscription. I never subscribed to anything so I'm not hopeful that this will be fixed.
