this [redacted] is a lier I offered options rebuit was plus for over night shipping and new dealer before the truck came in I did stay in my price I quoted him I am a man of my word he is a minipulator and a lier always changing his story he does have a new dealer trans that I bought from his guy at [redacted] chevy who shiped it to midway for delivery to me .yes he does have a thousand mile warrant from the dealer and I never promised the reprograming was free at all all custoners must pay extra for dealer programing it must be programed at the dealer ! the owner of the company [redacted] has not requested a refund at all [redacted] is only a employee if he wants a refund call ###-###-#### its under warrant at the dealer also [redacted] is beening investigated for SLANDER HARASSMENT AND DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER from the [redacted] was a witness to craigs list acusations and placement of fictious adds !!! about me and my company thankyou for your time [redacted]

The transmission does work properly no problems *** *** bought it from ***, some people call it new some call it re manufactured but it means the same thingCall the dealer ###-###-#### it still has a year thousand mile warrant at the dealerI spoke with the dealer and they said if there is a warranty issue then call them and they will handle everything for free, *** is a liarI want to talk to the owner, if he wants me to pull out a perfectly good Trans out of the truck I willHave him call me, *** is a liar I will need them to drive the truck to me, I need week to pull out the trans and I will give them a 2200.00 refund only because they did authorize the total repair and I did not promise the flash or re programming for free Have the owner call me ###-###-####

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was no proposed action or solution.Here are the facts: Before I allowed *** *** at Advanced Transmissions and Emissions pick up the truck from the Chevy dealership, he sent me an email Monday 2/10/stating that the cost to rebuild the transmission would be $1,to $2,max depends on parts and would include an unlimited miles warrantyHe stated that he would beat everyone’s price and that he could get it done cheaper than anyoneOn the morning of Wednesday 2/11/He confirmed that it would cost $2,to rebuild the transmission and replace anything that needed to be replaced, the truck would be as good as newLater that same day, *** informed me that it was a different transmission than he was thinking and the parts were more expensiveThe new price would be $2,plus $to get the parts in quicker. On the morning of Thursday 2/12/*** called to tell me the parts are too expensive for the transmission and he could not do the job for the $2,that he had previously promisedHe said that I could come and pay him $for the tow and him looking at the truck and have the truck towed to a dealer that could fix it or he could install a new transmission for $3,300, after tax and everything set and ready to go with a year, 100,mile warrantyAt this point I questioned why the price had changed so many times and why he took the job if he could not do itI opted to go with a new transmission as *** did not seem confident that he could fix the original transmission or get it done within a reasonable time period. *** assured me that the truck would be ready to be picked up at 1pm Friday 2/13/I called Advanced Transmission at around 1PM and was told that the vehicle was not ready but they were working on itI received a voice mail from *** at 2:39PM asking for a *** or *** *** number to pay for the new transmissionI called *** back shortly after and asked if the vehicle was ready to go? At this point he told me that it would have to be towed to a Chevy dealership to have the transmission flashed because he did not have a machine that could do this (implying that his machine usually works on most vehicle but will not work on mine)He informed me that this would cost around $at the dealer plus towingI told him that that was not going to work as my quote from him was for a completed, installed and fully functioning new transmissionI asked that he subtract the cost of the tow and the flashing service that I would have to pay for to complete the jobHe became very upset at this point and told me that he did not like me or who I was as a personHe also stated that he did not trust me and now I would have to pay cash to get my vehicle back, cursed and hung up the phone*** was noticeably angry when the vehicle was retrieved Monday 2/16/afternoon using a cashier’s check rather than cashHe would not even tell the tow truck driver where the truck was until after he returned from the bank ten minutes later to deposit the cashier’s checkAt this point, *** was asked if the transmission was remanufactured as it states on his invoice (002-13,472) dated 2/10/He said yesThe vehicle was towed from Advanced Transmission on Bell Road to *** *** in Tempe to have it checked out and flash the transmission.The transmission was overfilled by quarts and had to be flushedThe service technician at *** *** confirmed that the vehicle did in fact have a remanufactured transmission installed. I am requesting a full refund of $3,as the work done to the truck was not what was agreed on and incomplete. *** *** conducted a classic bait and switch, promising a new transmission and installing a remanufactured transmission without the proper warranty paperwork*** stated two times in his response to the Revdex.com that he installed a new transmissionThis is clearly not the caseAdditional expenses that I accrued include but are not limited to Towing, Flashing transmission and flushing the transmission fluid

It was *** first request $I offered $the owner of the company who *** works for is ***, and he will not take my continuous calls and will not call me Now *** wants $1200, no way, I would like to go to court !!!! I did not return from Florida until June 28th. Financing was never mentioned to me until June 29th, and he had begun work on the car already. I requested financing prior to them towing my car there.  Messages left by [redacted] included profanity and harassing type insults. I refuse to into his shop with local law enforcement for the reason is I am extremely upset over the messages left.According to [redacted], my car was completed as of July 1st. I have voice messages I can forward via email to back up my claim and text messages. If you desire to listen to those, I can forward them via email.On Saturday, June 27th, via text message to [redacted]s personal phone, I asked what was the least amount he would accept to release me car and he responsed in text message, "3100."He has ample time prior to my returning from Florida to tell me financing process, whether it was online, paper application, or whatever the process they use. That never happened until June 30th.At this point, I have a friend that is going to try and pick uo the application for me.Regards,[redacted]

On 5/19/15 Mr. [redacted] stopped in at Advanced Transmissions to have his 2008 Saturn Aura checked, his main concern was that when you put the shifter in drive the car would not move at all, you would have to drop the shifter down to lower gear 1 or 2 then put the car back in drive then the car would...

move. Our technician did a free initial inspection and discovered loose shifter cable, then he advised the service manager, [redacted], to recommend the shifter adjustment on cable first, but may have other problems. **m quoted the customer $130.00 to adjust the shifter cable but did not charge the customer a dime because it did not fix the customers original complaint.[redacted] the owner of the shop offered to tow the vehicle to dealer [redacted] at no charge to the customer. [redacted] and [redacted] spoke with [redacted], a service advisor at [redacted], he said it had internal transmission problems not related to the service performed at Advanced Transmissions. [redacted] said the transmission was apparently on its last leg and just happen to fail completely here at our shop. Advanced Transmissions CANNOT be held liable or responsible for lack of maintenance or negligence on the customer’s failed part. We apologized that this happen but the dealer says it is not our fault. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain and service their own vehicle according to manufactures recommendations to avoid costly repairs.& In regard to the owner yelling and screaming. The owner was mad with the technician because he could not fix the vehicle, that is why he was upset yelling. He was not yelling or screaming at the customer. And so the vehicle was towed to the dealership and [redacted] stated that the problems were not related to anything done or not done at Advanced Transmissions. We did not charge him for the tow, we did not charge the customer anything at all.

The dealer said it is nothing we did. We did not charge him because we could not fix that type of transmission, our technicians could not fix his car. We can fix some transmissions but that one we cannot.

the clamp will not hold she will break down again needs a metal line im sorry they cant afford top fix it  right  have a nice day

My answer is why didn't Advanced Transmission try to fix the transmission himself being a transmission shop instead of sending it to the dealership. He told the manager to take it off the lift. I can't fix it. Bring it to someone else.

first off I was not mean at all I was very nice the fact that your front desk guy kept telling me I'm sorry this happened to you says something.  and you know what you are in the wrong when somebody bring a truck to you to fix a transmission and we receive the truck back with an exhaust leak in a transfer case leaking that is not our fault that is your fault. I  came in to see you with good intentions and when I spoke to you I really did see how much of a snake you really are you know you're in the wrong and you're just too dirty to admit it I had to try and repeat to yourself what was going on and not even you could repeat it  you know that you're in the wrong I asked you to stay a customer came to you to fix a transmission to customer left with a transfer case and an exhaust Leake  you won't even repeat that why because you know you're in the wrong  you did offer to look at the exhaust but do you want to know why I said no to you because you probably would have charged us  for it when I know you guys messed up the exhaust would of but because its not it the warranty we have to pay for that too right?? Yeah that's what I thought . if you really want to talk about me being a mean person and you're such a good person let's look at your [redacted] review your [redacted] reviews your consumer report with the fact that your not even accrediated by the Revdex.com anymore the fact that you have six complains on Revdex.com says a lot you know you're in the wrong and I want a refund if you want my boyfriend to voice his opinion he will because feels the exact same way he will file a complaint with Revdex.com if that's what you want. All I'm asking g is for you too be honest and admit you what you did wrong I mean WE BROUGHT OUR TRUCK TOO YOU TO GET THE TRANSMISSION REBUILT WHEN WE GOT OUR TRUCK BACK THERE WAS A LEAKE IN THE TRANSFER CASE . This is not a real or fair complaint, I have never meet this guy face to face. He was offered financing help with 3 companies on approved credit, but he has never tried to come in and fill out any credit applications to start the process at all. His car is still in 300 pieces and...

he will not come down to see us or to fill out an application so there is no way I can help him unless he comes and speak to us and fill out a financing application.

this lady is mean I am a nice man she kept calling me a snake I have never been called a snake in 30 years in this business the owner seth who authorized the repair never had a complaint never complained to me and he is the owner of the truck this truck has over 200 thousand miles on the truck we...

never did any repairs on the transfercase it works fine it was only leaking she says we broke it it is not broken it was only leaking the owner seth said to fix it she is not the owner she only picked it up all of my staff dissagrees  with this lady this is a unvalid not fair and totally not a complaint .once again it only had a leak and we never fixed the t case on the 1st repair please disregard this complaint as false not true thankyou very much < ,

this lady is rude she is incorrect she was not involved in the repairs until 7 weeks later  her  son  Ray authorized the repair on 11-22-2016 with his DOB 1-15-85- to  fix the truck   the truck was towed in on 11-18-2016  the trans was 1165.00 125.00 rear main...

seal also 5 quarts motor oil  it  was very low lack of maintaince  i cant start the truck being that low  26.00 dollars 68.00 for trans oil 6.00 epa  and 95.00 tax which is 1485.00 total  which ray said to fix  on 11-22-2016  i towed the vehicle back on 1-10-2017  her trans line broke and ray did not want to fix it on 11-22-16  or on 1-10-17 she said no also they still owe advanced trans 125.00 for towing they took there truck on 1-10-17- they refused the external cooler line for 130.00 at this time they owe us 125.00 for towing very rude peopke !!!!!!!

en primer lugar el ruido por lo cual yo llevé mi carro al taller todavía lo tiene ,mi carro no tiene ningun problema eléctrico,yo llevé mi carro ala agencia de [redacted] para que lo revisaran y les pregunte que si  tenía un problema eléctrico y ellos me contestaron que no tiene ningún problema eléctrico,yo no voy a llevar mi carro a ese taller porque la persona que es el dueño me atendio muy mal cuando quería que me devolviera mi carro .. yo no tengo confianza en el solo yo pido que se me devuelva lo que page por un trabajo que estoy segura que mi carro no necesitaba. I am not a snake and I can sue you for defamation of character I will fix the exhaust leak for free if seth has a problem he cancall me which he hasent yet you can sue me in small claims if he really thinks he will win I do not have to pay 400 a year for the Revdex.com to say I am accrediated I still have a A with them per the # of customers 6 is really  a A+++ please be nicer you will live longer once again not a valid complaint we did not fix your t case get your facts right . have a nice day be nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this  vehicle had other issues electrical  she went to the dealer and they fixed her electrical issues  we told this to her up front  but she will not admit to that  my offer 50.00only
