WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! CURRENTLY FILING A LAWSUIT FOR RACIAL DISCRIMINATION! THE MAJORITY OF THE DRIVERS DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH...SHOW FAVOR TO ONLY HISPANICS.. ALL THE DRIVERS TEXT AND DRIVE! THEY DRIVE AT EXTREMELY HIGH SPEEDS AND ARE VERY UNSAFE.

cibao. I like em! I mean you get what you pay for. the van is alittle unconfortable if you sit in the back and if theres alot of people. ive used them more than 20 times and I have no real complaints. sometimes you'll get a driver that texts while driving has the music real loud but thats pretty much it. all I can say its worth the price!

Review: On Wednesday July 2, 2014, my son purchased a round trip ticket for Thursday July 3rd, with Cibao Transportation in the amount of $30 which covers $15 one way for going to NYC and $15 returning back to Pa. He took the 9:00 am van into NY, and upon his return he called them to verify that the van service will be meeting him at 8:00pm at the same drop off from earlier. He was there by 7:45pm and van never showed. He called Cibao Transportation back and they said van was stuck in traffic due to the holidays and bad rain. He continued to wait for van, and still no show, so at 9:28pm he text me to say the van still hasn't showed up and I suggested he call them back and postpone trip til the following day Friday July 4, 2014, since it was getting very late. He called me back to inform me that he spoke with a representative from Cibao and they told him that he can still use his $15 trip back to pa on the next day at 2:00 pm. Before leaving to meet van, he called to verify again, Another representative stated that he forfeited his ride since he didn't call to cancel, which I know he did. My husband called Cibao today at 12:50 pm to find out what was going on, first they said that he wasn't at the right location, which he was and we had him on the cell phone at the same time with Cibao representative, and then she stated that he was late and at the wrong location, which he was not. They refused to offer refund or another ride for him to come home back to PA today. He had to purchase a ticket from [redacted] to come home. Myself and my husband feel that we had paid for a roundtrip ticket to and from NY to Pa and we only received half of the service. There is no reason why they should keep $15 of our hard earned money for no service of return. Also, the customer service representative who I spoke with was very nasty and hung up the phone twice. We believe they should not be in business if they can't provide the service.Desired Settlement: For Cibao Transportation to refund our money $15 for the return trip which never took place. We are entitled to that.

Review: I had made a 1230pm reservation on their bus line to NYC on July 20th2013 they called me to confirm at 930am we arrived at destination for pick up at 1215 I called to remind them of me at 1233 person on phone said driver would be here shortly called back at 1255no driver here she said he was stuck in traffic called again at 115 she said he should've been here by then let me call him ..never calling me back I called back n she said driver forgot to pick you up.. No apologies or nothing needless to say I had to figure another way of to get to NYC.. The lack of responsibility and of human contact is just not polite. After many phone calls to try to get owners name n number person who answers phone refused n continued to hang phone up on me!Desired Settlement: I deserve a phone call from the owner explaining why such incompetence of his employees. Lack of communication.
