Hello,** *** purchased her ownership 7/18/2008.*** *** contacted us in January and I addressed these issues.*** *** has access to the room type she purchased, not all the room types at the resort.Rooms are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Maintenance Fees must be
current in order to make a reservationThey are due on Jan 1st. When ** *** pays her fees later in the year, and calls to make a reservation, it is possible she may be unable to reserve the dates she wants because they've been reserved by other owners.I am attaching pages of reservations ** *** has successfully made since 2009.Every year we remind all owners to book their weeks by May to ensure availability. I emailed a response to *** *** on Jan 29,2017 that there is plenty of availability in and to call Owner Services to book her week asap to ensure she gets the dates she wantsI provided the phone number. She did not do soWaiting until 9/24/to book a reservation is not advised.If you need additional information, please let me know.Sincerely,Sally T*** I reviewed the booking policy with ** *** in January and gave her tips to make sure she gets the dates she wants

is no buy-back policy with Cibola Vist.#10 Ammual maintenance fees, this is to pay for the upkeep of the property. If the assessment is not paid within the time period determined by association, reservations can not be made until amount is paid in full. When making a reservation we instruct owner to place at least month in advance because reservations are base on availability. Cibola vista would be happy to work with Mrs***, we can not buy-back the property but we can offer a deed back which allows us to take property back. If you would have Mrs*** contact me at *** *** *** * would be more than happy to assist

We just spent one night at the resort with my family for a weddingIt looked beautifulOur room was very niceCould have been cleaner lost of dust and dirt on the floorCarpet needs to cleaned or replacedBut those are all minor compared to what we encountered laterAfter the wedding we came back to our roomWe kill cockroaches in minutesThen another more with in the hourI called the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do but let the management know in the morningAt checkout they offered nothing but for me to call the front desk manager when he got in at
I called him he also offered nothingNot a discount on another stay, no refund, nothingI'm now waiting on another phone call from them to tell me if they will give me a refund or notTruly sad because we were going to look into a time share there
I want my money back and the manager will not call me back

The response from this company is unacceptable and does not answer the problem presented. I was told repeatedly throughout our sales pitch that this ownership was different because "if you could book a room on the internet, you can book it with your membership". The response from the company in defense of their practice actually exposes exactly what I am claiming is happening. The owners who initially bought into this timeshare were given a contract that does not match the new contracts that Blue Green owners fall under. The contract entered into with the original owners is being violated and we are not being given any compensation. This is going to become a big problem soon.

We just spent one night at the resort with my family for a wedding. It looked beautiful. Our room was very nice. Could have been cleaner lost of dust and dirt on the floor. Carpet needs to cleaned or replaced. But those are all minor compared to what we encountered later. After the wedding we came back to our room. We kill 4 cockroaches in 5 minutes. Then another 4 more with in the hour. I called the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do but let the management know in the morning. At checkout they offered nothing but for me to call the front desk manager when he got in at 10.

I called him he also offered nothing. Not a discount on another stay, no refund, nothing. I'm now waiting on another phone call from them to tell me if they will give me a refund or not. Truly sad because we were going to look into a time share there.

I want my money back and the manager will not call me back.
