*** went over to ** *** * home and caulk was not falling out but did turn color a little which tells me he has to go to the store the grout was puchased and deal with them.I will contact * and look into it more

Lou Cicale is the owner of this rip off company. He replaced the siding, gutters and windows on my parents 2nd home in Brooklyn, New York about 5 years ago. They retired to NJ and was recommended by a neighbor to this it who came to Brooklyn (I live in the Brooklyn house) for a consultation. He spent three hours here chewing our ears off and eating our food before my parents committed. Within a few months after the job was completed, the gutters weren't working properly, the windows wouldnt lock and two of the windows wouldn't stay open. They just slammed down. My mom suddenly took ill and she ended up passing away. I called Lazy Liar Lou and spoke to him once and said he needed it to rain in order for him to fix the gutters. He didn't want to waste a trip to Brooklyn $25,000 later. He said the next time it rained heavily he would make it his priority to come straight here and repair the windows also. That was 4 12 years ago. I have not been able to reach him since. One window blew in and I caught it when it was windy. My dad now has Parkinsons. My entire family lives in Jersey. My patience is no more. Now when I visit my father next, I will hunt the fat b_____d down and drag his as back to Brooklyn and trust me I am not going alone.

Review: This company refinished a bathroom shower for me about a year ago. The caulking job is terrible. Pieces of the caulking have fallen out and there is a major inconsistency in the color in various places in the shower. I have contacted the owner, Lou Cicale, at least 8 times over the past few months and asked him to come by to look at the problem. He keeps promising to come by, but never comes.Desired Settlement: I would like the work to be redone correctly as I am concerned that more and more of the caulking will eventually fall out and cause leaks.

Review: Cicale sidings replaced my sidings in Jan 2015. Not even one year has passed and some of the sidings are coming out. In June 2015, when this happened for the first time, Lou Cicale the owner of the company helped me out immediately. However one more siding came out in Sept 2015 - I have left at least 5 voicemails to Lou but there is no response.Desired Settlement: Putting a few nails to fix the sidings is going to take less than 10 mins. I expect the contractor to send someone to fix this.
