I ordered a pair of boots on 11/9, paid for day shipping I got an email that Friday I needed to provide valid identification which I refused to do and sent them an email declining, which they said they would refund I called them today 11/that said my order was shipped which totally is opposite of their email stating they wouldn't ship unless I provide I.D I told them I didn't want it and a refund I never even got a confirmation that it shipped and I am doubtful it even did, customer service sounds like a chick working in her basement answering calls As others have stated horrible business, horrible customer service I called my bank and put in a dispute with them because I am very doubtful I will get a refund from CiCi
