Review: I purchased a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Paradox on May 1"2013. On May 2 2013I brought car back cause it stopped on freeway.A employee ( [redacted] ) came to freeway to pick me up. The vehicle was taken to mechanic to be repaired. On May 7 2013 I went to retrieve car from mechanic. On May 9 the car stopped again. It was taken to another mechanical. On May. 30 2013 the car stopped again. I was given a loaner to drive and told by owner don't worry about payment until fix your car. I returned the loaner car on August 5 2013 Thevehichle I purchased still has not been repaired. It was sitting the dealers shop.Desired Settlement: I just want my $2,000 back.

Review: I purchased a 2003 BMW 325i October 30,2014, from Cielo Auto Sales Inc, and the car lasted about 1 day till I found out the window wouldn't roll up. So I dropped it off on Halloween the next day. It stayed in the shop for about 2 weeks and I was very patient with them. [redacted], one of the owners told me it would be ready "tomorrow" about 12-13 times every day until I demanded it get fixed. I get the car back after taking it off the lot 15 days prior to that, I've only driven it for one day. Then on the way home from the dealership after having my window fixed, and the tint all torn up and falling off, all this white smoke is coming from the engine. So thick that I couldn't see the driver behind me in my rear view mirror. I pulled over on the freeway and called Cielo Auto Sales and they told me to drive it till Monday "it will be okay". I didn't want to drive it so I took it right back to them and took a loaner. The same routine happened, the car sat in the shop for about two more weeks. Except this time, [redacted] tries to charge me $700 for the supposedly $1400 fix that was done to the transmission. [redacted] decides to drive it back to the dealership to see how it runs after I decided to sign a contract promising $400 for the repairs out of my kindness! We arrive to the lot at Cielo Auto Sales, and as [redacted] pulls up to the lot, the BMW is still smoking! An hour after the car was repaired. He said that the "oil was overfilled" which could be the problem so I drove it home hoping he was telling me the truth. On the way home on the freeway the BMW starts outrageously smoking again! I pull over, call Cielo Auto, and they tell me to drive it around till monday. I was not comfortable with doing this so I took it to an Auto Repair shop which I trusted, Thao Auto Repair. They gave me a huge list of all these missfires in the engine, huge oil leaks from the engine, and transmission fluid leaking a lot from the "new transmission". [redacted] Company told me to return it, [redacted] insists to fixDesired Settlement: my 2,000 down payment and the extra $300 they squeezed out of me. $75 for a proffessional to look at it. Time and effort wasted to lies and more lies. I just want my money back.
