Please accept this as our response letter in the above-mentioned complaintFacts stated in the complaint are complainant move in on November 15, Complainant submitted a work order for a dishwasher that was working but claimed that residue was showing up after the dishes were washedThis was
back on December 7, On December 8, 2016, our technician went to check the dishwasher and found residue at the bottom of the dishwasherUpon the technician checking the dishwasher hose and the garbage disposal that is also attached to the same water line he found no evidence of debrisThe technician spoke to the resident and advised them of his findingAfter technician cleaned out debris that was located at the bottom of the dishwasher he re-ran the dishwasher with dishesDishes were clean and clearOn March 30, complainant submitted a work order for the Air Conditioner not workingOn March 30, technician went to complete work order upon checking the A/C he noted that he needed a part, the part was ordered and completed on the next day on March 31, On March 23, 2017, a work order was submitted for the cabinet door that was fallen and a loose gutter on the exterior next to a bedroomNothing was mentioned to us about the door falling on her son’s headTechnician took care of these items on March 30, On April 1, a work order for the dishwasher, garbage disposal and ice maker was submitted due to them not workingOn April 3,2017, the technician went out and replaced the ice maker and the garbage disposal and left the dishwasher pendingOn April 5,2017, the dishwasher was replaced with another one dishwasherAs you can see we did not failed to complete her work orders in a timely manner and tried our best to give her great customer serviceOn the day she came in to turn in keys I informed her that she was breaking her lease and would be charged a reletting fee for breaking her contract and accelerated rent for the remainder of the lease, any concessions given to her ($2,concession in her case), final water bill, any damages to the apartmentShe refused to talk to me and just requested that I check if she had any packages, which I did and she had noneShe provided us with a forwarding addressThank you for taking this complaint and notifying us of itWe hope to not have any further complaints as we always strive to give excellent customer service to our residentPlease let me know if there is anything else that we would need to do here to clear this negative report with the Revdex.comSincerely, *** ***
