Review: This moving company was hired to move out of my apartment due to a flood. Upon moving items back into my apartment and unpacking I noticed a box was missing. The box contained my cable box and my daughter's [redacted] connect along with some other items. I brought this to the attention of Mr. [redacted] and he agreed to pay for the cable box and replace my daughter's [redacted] by purchasing another one. A few weeks later Mr. [redacted] delivered a [redacted] to my apartment. When my brother went to hook up the box the usb did not fit. We realized the this was not the same [redacted] my daughter had, the [redacted] she had was the [redacted] connect. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and informed him. Mr. [redacted] said he would come by and exchange the [redacted] for the [redacted] connect. He made several promises to come on certain days however, he never showed. Two weeks ago I call him and got his voice mail, I left a message saying "This will be my last time calling you, I am going to file a complaint". About 10 minutes later I received a call from a man who introduced himself as Mr. [redacted] son, who said his dad was busy/ out of town and he would deliver the [redacted] connect later that day. The [redacted] connect was never delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to buy my daughter a [redacted] connect as promised
