Review: We have tried to contact the company with billing and payments concerns that we have, and had. a few weeks ago we contacted the company about our truck payment, because every month when we pay a payment we see that the remaining amount and balance keeps going up. When we tried to talk to someone about the issue they just kept transferring the calls to some one else. they knew that when I was calling that it was me because they answered and said is this Jessica, and I said yes, then they said one minute and then someone else would come on the phone and it would be the same thing over and over again and again. when finally I got to talk to someone, she said that she was the manager and that she would be taking my phone call and that I was in error. We had made one payment late with them, due to we were going through some medical problems and was able to make the payment on time. When we did make the payment we made the passed and current payment together. I understand that they charge a late payment and interest accruals at the same time. Fine we did make the late payment and the pass due interest, but that doesn't mean that every time that we make a payment that we have to make the pat and pass due interest payment every time we make a payment for one pass due payment. The lady one the phone was so rude that I couldn't even get in a word or ask a questions. she only kept repeating her self about how I was in the wrong. It seems to me that since me and my husband is almost done paying the truck off that the company is trying to scam more and more money out of us. I have heard that other people who have purchased with the company that they have scammed money and time out of them as well. I asked for a full statement of all of my payments be mailed to me and I have not yet to received it today. I also ask to speak with another manager regarding my account and I was told that I wasn't able to speak with someone about it and that she was the manager. I feel that since I am almost done paying for the vehicle that I am going to get ripped off more and more. I feel that I can not even make my payment on line or mail it in because they might steal my money and say that I never made the payment. they said that they were mailing me monthly statements to my home address, and I have not yet to receive them yet. I go on line and try to look at my balance and they have it blocked so that I am not able to look at them. I want them to make up for what they have done to me and my family. I want them to take the other fees off of my balance that they have added in error. I have not yest to see that my balance has went down much within the past few months. It all started out really good, but then about a year in to making payments on time, then it all went down hill. I have been scammed and scammed by them so much that I don't trust having my vehicle out side at night due to that they might come and tow it and say that we owe this money and this money. I want them to pay for hard ship that they have caused me and my family. I know that the interest is interest and that they take out there money before adding the left over to my remaining balance, but I should NOT have to pay every month for one mistake of being late on one payment.Desired Settlement: I want them to take off mistaken billing errors, and drop the price to the correct price that it should be. I want them to send me all of my monthly statements that I have not yet to receive, and a billing statement with all of the errors and credits and balance on it. I want them to send me a statement with the balance and payments taken off and what is left owed out right on my truck.
