The customer in question came to purchased two packs of cigarettes at my store twiceThe first time he came he complained about me overcharging him $I was busy so I try to explain how I ring up my cigarettes according to full price minus the discount that we receive from [redacted] He complained so I gave him his $which he had questionedhe was unhappy then he came again on the date that he mentioned purchase the same cigarettes complain once again and I told him that this is how we ring up our product! try to explain he didn't want to listen left unhappy yelling and screamingI told him to go report it to the police if he has any issuesThen he wanted to enter into my store once again and get personal information from me and I told him to come back with a police officerI have never touched him or push him out of my store I have video surveillanceWe just had a verbal communication, it did not even accelerate to us using foul language so that complaint of his was false! He reported it to the police and an officer showed up at my store hours after this incident and took my side of the story and understood what I had to say and told me that they will inform him that if he is unhappy then he should shop somewhere else and that he can be arrested for trespassing if I choose not to have him enter at my place of businessI Mention to the officer that he is welcome into my store if he does not disrespect me and I'm more than willing to explain to him how the cigarettes are rung up according to the companies full price and then the discount that we receive

I received a complaint about a transaction that was made at my storeThe customer, Mr***, bought a quick fix plus product for $plus taxHe came back the next day saying the product had expiredI told him that we should check the batch online to see if it is expiredI checked it with
him in the store and it said it expires in June of So I told him that he has to send it to the company in order for him to get a new one in return since he was not satisfiedI told him where to call and email but he was insisting that I need to help him furtherI told him if the company doesn’t help you even after you call then I will refund it for youHe still wasn’t satisfied and proceeded to threaten meThen he just stormed out of the storeI don’t know what he is talking about when he saying I buy from a truck or the tax evasion, but I get quick fix plus almost every month from SaveCo WholesaleI am willing to refund him the $plus tax so I don’t have to deal with this anymore because I am always short on timeI do not want this customer in my store anymore because he was threatening meI can send a check of the full refund to the Revdex.com and the Revdex.com can send the refund to himThat way he will be happy that he gets his refund and I’ll be happyI will attach a photo of the batch number validated saying it is still good until June

Review: Today I went into cigarettes plus and asked for two packs of cigarettes the sign said 4.85 a pack when he rang me up he over charged me and I asked for a recipe the employee said that he was not able to give one so I pulled out a calculator and did the math at that time he pushed me out the door and said I was not welcome in his storeDesired Settlement: I wAnt a refund on all purchases from that store and a written apology from the store owner and it's employee fired
