Although these ppl appear to have a lot of good reviews,please DO NOT BE FOOLED AS I WAS . I did see the negative reviews from just a few weeks prior to me using this company, but I figured since they appeared to have still a few more good reviews than they would be ok. This turned out to be soo not true. Please don't be their next victim next. I was scammed out of $385 because the mom came on the job requesting a code that was sent to me. Since my card charged at the time of my reservation, I assumed they were already paid.THIS WAS/IS NOT THE CASE. These ppl DO NOT GET PAID UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THAT PAYMENT CODE FROM YOU and *** really can't do much to help once code is released. So DO NOT PROVIDE CODE UNTIL FULL JOB IS COMPLETE, which I was not aware of when she came and requested it. So it seems like that had it planned out not to return to unload what was loaded on the truck. Once she got the code, they left and BOTH stopped answering our calls.
I booked for an 1130 start time. Spoke with the owner of the company mother. She seemed hesitant to accept the job, because obviously she knew they where already booked solid. She mentioned she didn't know how *** put me on their books. Instead of turning down the job, these money hungry scammers, accepted the job anyway. Got to my home observed what all we had said they would get it knocked out quick. They started out good for like 20 minutes when they finally arrived at 140pm mind u my start time should have been 11am. I offered them something to drink (water, juice, soda) the owner asked if *** (he saw that my bar wasn't packed up yet. I went upstairs to check on something came back downstairs he was helping himself to a large cup of my *** Me needing my stuff owt ASAP, I forgave the issue. One of them then broke a BRAND NEW LIVING ROOM DECOR ITEM I HAD JUST PURCHASED. I forgave that. Well, I paid for a 3 man team which is how it started out, but after like 30 minutes, one of the men, the BEST MOVER might I add, had to leave (to go sign divorce papers). The owner was going to allow his nephew (the kid who broke my stuff) to drop him off and come back l. Leaving me with a one man team. To avoid that my husband offered to drop the man off, so at least the two could stay and work. Well like an hour later his mom pulled up at my house accusing me of having too much stuff stating they had been there too long. I replied,'Well mam if I would have had the 3 I paid for it would have gotten out on time.'
She was asked to move from out of my neighbors parking spot, because she had just arrived home from worked and appeared to be extremely tired. The mom then copped and attitude with my neighbor just for being asked to move. They loaded MOST of my items on the truck we arrived at the storage. The owner then told me he had to leave and go do another job, but promised to be back in 2 hours BY 7 no later than 7:30. We'll 9pm came he stated he would be here in 45 mins. Told him storage closed at 10. Luckily someone had 24 hour access and we were able to catch them and my husband stayed at the storage to ensure the door remained open. Mind you these scammers left my truck with EVERYTHING I OWN JUST ABOUT ON THE LOT OF the storage facility. So I was forced to purchase a lock to put on the back. He came to my home asking if I knew anyone interested in purchasing edibles*** and even prescribed narcotics*** which he referred to as something called
*** HE SPENT MORE TIME TRYING TO PUSH UP ON MY NEIGHBOR THAN WORKING AND BRAGGING ABOUT GOING BACK AND FORTH FROM ***
Oh rewind, after telling me he was 20 mins away he stopped answering. So I called the mom asked if she could try to reach him. She brushed me off then stopped answering me as well. He said ok he was on way then. I kept calling all the way up until 2am no answer. AVOID THIS FAMILY OF SCAMMERS AT ALL COST. OH MIGHT I ADD, AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED THEY WHERE MAKING JOKES ABOUT JUST GETTING OUT OF JAIL.LUCILLE AND C ARE THE WORST.
I received this text from him at 1:12am DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL.

'And if I promise you I'm going to pull up in the morning and my body is broke down tired and wore out I got you I promise you I am not going to*** you over imma do everything I said I'm going to do'.

Well when I called the next morning, I got no answer, so I text asking since they did 1/2 the job, could they at least refund me 1/2 of the $385 they charged. The them replied that he gave me a free 3 hours. I was like how. I ordered 3 men only got 2, and for a stint of the time prior to my husband dropping one off and allowing the other to stay so 2ppl could still be working, there was only 1 person. So how did I get 3 free hours, if I would have got the 3 ppl then everything woulda been owt on time oh and if they would have arrived on time @ 11:30a and not 1:47p. So no he didn't give me no 3 free hours. Then is beyond unprofessional for your mom to come on the job and just walk in my home like she owns it telling me I have to much stuff and he needs to go. Ma'am he started this job, so he should finish so please have several seats as a matter of fact, why are you here...Oh because you the Head scammer. Lucille N gets the orders and sends the guys in the family out to rip ppl off.PLEASE AVOID THESE PPL AT ALL COST! They may seem cheap, but you will end up ripped off in the end. Check the reviews of others as well.
Just also go look at a few of *** other views as well from ***. from just a few weeks prior to my experience. Although, I did see those, I figured since they appeared to have still a few good reviews then they would be ok. This turned out to be soo not true. Please don't be next. This could have all been avoided if they would have just done right and finished or at least covered the cost of the new movers I had to book when I asked if they would. I understand bei

Desired Outcome

Refund I had to hire an entire new company to complete the job, as well as pay a contractor $175 to patch up the holes they placed in the walls moving my furniture & $150 in excess fees to *** for not returning the rental truck on time due to these thieves leaving with all my things on the truck and not unpacking it. So on top of my full refund, I would like to be compensated for these charges as well as I would not have inquired them if these thieves woulda have finished the job.That's a $615 loss.

Yes, we were hired to do the job. One she wasn't honest in her description of her order, In the description she did not mention flight of stairs. It said 0 flight of stairs. You can pull her Job Order from ***. She ordered 3 men 3 hours. My team arrived at her home which was a full 3 bedroom townhouse in which the the bedrooms were upstairs. Nothing broken down or wrapped. Now mind you she order load and unload. An hour after the team arrived one of the guy had an emergency and had to leave. I myself arrived 30 minutes later with another guy. When I walked in downstairs was full of furniture. This is a 3 bedroom, living room, den, and dining room. I said to her they should have not have accepted this job because it was a big job. They had another job schedule after her. she stated to them that another moving company cancel at the last minute and that she had to be out of the townhouse by 4:30. That the manager was coming to get the keys. Now my team arrived at 1:00pm and did not leave her until 6:30. Since one of my guy had to leave, I gave her some additional hours for free. She said in her complaint the walls were damage, when they were bring the dresser downstairs the dresser put a small dent in the wall along the staircase. I was there and there was no more damage to the wall the my team did. She was rushing them to get everything out you cannot rush the movers saying she needed to have everything out by 4:30. You knew you were moving why wait until the last minute and then rush. My guy told her they had another job. I stated to her if you get anymore hours you should call *** and book two more hours but she was not willing to do that. She stated she was NOT paying for more hours. If you want that truck unloaded you call ***. Their rule is if a customer need additional hours they has to call them and book more hours...I am contracted with ***. After 6 hours she wanted them to drive the truck to the storage and unload in which they loaded and drove the truck to the storage. Driving the truck was not part of the job. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority in which we were trying to please her. She wanted more than what she paid for. My team worked 6 hours for 242.00 and she asking for a full refund. and she had to pay another company to finished the job she should have order the job according to the amount of furniture she had and she had a full house! instead of paying another company to come in and unload the truck she simply should have call *** and book 2 more hours which would have been cheaper because they were already there. That's where the problem came in she wanted them to unload the truck, that would have been another 2 hours and that means we would have given her 8 hours of work for 242.00 that's observed. In all honesty they were over worked for a little pay and she's upset the truck was not unloaded at the storage.

The response is a blatant LIE. I did advise that I had a 3 bedroom townhome. Once C arrived at 1pm as she stated and my time was supposed to be at 11:30am, he did a walk thru and mentioned he could MOST DEFINITELY have the job done in the amount of time I booked. I advised him my bedroom furniture was heavy and it would take ALL 3 men. It was NOT an emergency situation where one of the guys had to leave, they were fully aware of that before they even came. These people are just money hungry and accepted a job, they honestly SHOULD NOT HAVE. He lied like he could do it and when she arrived with the 3rd ***, he didn't even work. He was just very obnoxious and asking why I didn't have gloves for him to help. That's his job to bring. So after he broke a decor from my living room he just decided to stop. Even Lucille mentioned she paid him for NOTHING. The other guy (who was honestly working the hardest) left even asked my husband to drop him off to meet his ride, to go sign divorce papers supposedly. Lucille came on the scene BERY UNPROFESSIONAL and when I asked why would he come when he knew he had to leave to go sign divorce papers, she stated, "who he gonna divorce with all them kids" and the rest of them began laughing at his situation.
Never ONCE did we discuss contacting*** for 2 more hours. She even asked me if I knew of anyone else I could get to unload and she would pay them 75/hr up to 3 hours bcuz her crew was tired. If customer service is your number one priority, you would have never left then stopped communicating, when the movers where supposed to come to unload at the storage. When she mentioned "free hours", again It could have very well been done within the 3 hours I booked if one, they would have arrrived at 11:30am, as opposed to 1pm that she stated, when it was actually 1:22 when they arrived and 1:27 after his walk thru and he again finalized the acceptance of the job. The additional time was a result of it ONLY BEING ONE MAN, for a stint of the time, then 2 men for the remainder of the time, the many short breaks they took, as a result of being overworked because they accepted the job, after already doing 3 before me that I didn't become aware of until UNPROFESSIONAL LUCILLE
ARRIVED ON THE SCENE. C who supposedly is the owner even asked her to leave but she wouldn't. That lady was like a thorn in EVERYONE side. Oh let's not forget the time he spent *** with my neighbor AND the 20 minutes he spent reuniting with my old neighbor who was*** with him. Lucille words where, I told you he could talk, when all this took place. So again, yes I am requesting a FULL REFUND because I had to pay a whole entire new company to complete the job they abandoned just to go get another buck, just as he accepted my job. I have all messages from them both stating he would return the next morning, which he didn't leaving me in a bind. These people are beyond UNPROFESSIONAL, *** While
She mentioned it unappropiatd to drive the truck, its furthermore VERY inappropriate to even for a "*** and TAKE it while on the job, so again, yes I want a full refund....ASAP.
