I have used the team at CIMA Construction for many yearsI have had them build me a sunroom, power wash and stain my cedar siding, design/install railings, replaced exterior doors and replaced a roof The team has always been courteous and professionalThey arrive on time and they clean up after themselves each day and leaves the jobsite neat and orderlyI have always been impressed with the finished product and the price is always fair and reasonableI am now at the point that I do not ask for bids from other contractors because I trust this company to do a good job and their price is always very competitive

We initially selected Cima Construction after receiving several quotes from different contractors on the basis of their onsite manner on addressing the job and their reasonable cost They replaced our large deck and removed a large homebuilt stone and concrete barbecue pit with a much better engineered and beautiful deck They worked very hard on completing it within the time promised and the workers were friendly and helpful We were so pleased with the work on the deck we engaged them to do some further work on improving the trim and eves of our house We would highly recommend this company

CIMA construction did a wonderful job on a very large, whole house renovation (bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, installing new staircases, reconstructing inside and outside walls, paint, roof, siding, gutters, designing new front porch etc.)The owner was always available and open to ideas and changes Very happy!

About two months ago at my rental property's water heater stopped working. So I contacted CIMA Contraction and they replaced water heater the same day.

I had initially contacted Cima Construction in May of 2016 to provide an estimate for replacing deck railings. I had to postpone and revise my project and when I was ready, I contacted Leo, the owner and he came out to give me another estimate that was very fair and within my budget. Leo was very organized and he even met me at T.W. Perry to help me pick out the railings for my deck. His employees were very punctual and efficient and they did a really good job.
After the railings were put in place, some were a bit crooked and Leo spent several hours straightening them out. He even had his family come and help load up the dumpster with the old railings on a Sunday to lessen the damage to the grass.
I also needed three valley flashings placed on the roof and now there are no more leaks. I had several other gutter problems that Leo took care of.
I was working on a patio by the pool and Leo sent another employee, Lyonel to help bring down 7 tons of gravel to the backyard and to place the pavers unto the patio.
Whatever problems arose, Leo made sure that they were corrected and that I was happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend Cima Constuction to work on your house/deck/patio. If I need any other work done in the future, I will be calling Leo. He is very dedicated to providing a quality product, and listening to what you need and and want done.

An excellent contractor. Provided a timely and accurate estimate of the work, then returned to do the work promptly, as promised. Work was professionally completed on time and for the price estimated. A pleasure to work with. Quality of work was excellent.
