I entered into a contract w/ Ms [redacted] and things were going fineOne day I came to the site and was met at the door by Ms***'s mother and she insisted that the junction boxes we put in were illegal and should not have been thereI told her that they were legal as long as they were accessible and they have a decorative cover that goes on there and they are painted over and barely noticeableShe said she did not like itI told her we were hired to put in ceiling can lights and electrical outlets and rewiring of the 1st floor to tie in junction boxes was not figured into the projectShe went to say for what we charged we should have allotted $for an electrician and I told her that was not in our contract we had a specific amount we were targetingShe felt for what we were charging we should have included an electricianI told her that I would bring in my electrician to explain that it was legalA couple days later I met with [redacted] and the electrician and he determined and stated to her that the junctures were not illegal and as long as they are accessible they are fineShe said fine but stated that they needed to be finished and added more things to the projectMy electrician reassured her there was no fire hazard and he agreed to finish the electrical on the 1st floor because this made Ms [redacted] more comfortableThere was no mention of the 2nd floorI asked my electrician to figure up a price for doing what they want and I will present the work order The next day I explained what I was having my electrician do and he had not gotten back to me yetMeanwhile after she got off the phone with me she called my electrician and debated what should and should not be doneHe advised her that it was not necessary to get into the wiring on the second floorShe was not happy with the response and hung up on himShe called me back all upset and demanded her money back, $She told me my framing and electrical work was shotty and that my electrician had said this as wellThere was nothing wrong with the work but it had not been completed because she stopped the job and said she wanted it done differentlyShe was yelling to me on the phone wanting her money back and that she would hire another contractorI told her that this was not going to happen because she signed a contract for a job to be completed and I am entitled to my profit for the workShe then said she'd see me in court and hung upAt this point I figured she breached the contract but an hour later she called me back and said she wanted to go forward with the jobI told her no that the contracts had been breached and I was not going to returnWe could resolve this in court she then hung up

THE EXCUSES HE WAS SICK STILL CAME TO ME HE WAS SHORT OF CASH FLOW COULD I ADVANCE HIM, MR [redacted] SO HE COULD CONTINUAL MY BASEMENTTHE PERMIT FOR THE JOB, HAD TO BE REFILED UNDER THE COMPANY AND HIS NAME BECAUSE I HAD ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TAKE MY MONEY AND SKIP OUT ON MEPAID HIM FOR ELECTRIAL WORK WITH " [redacted] " $2,ALSO IN CONTACTING ME [redacted] HE NEVER RECIEVED MONEY AND ALSO MR [redacted] HAD TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT HE HAD NOT HEAR FROM UNTIL CONFRONTED BY ME IN JULY IN CONTACTING THE PLUMMER AND FOLLOWING UP WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS THE PLUMMING IS NOT CONNECTED THE AFTER ASKING WHEN HE WOULD FINISH SINCE HE WAS TO FINISH IN JUNE.MR [redacted] (I HAVE DOCUMENTATION TEXT MESSAGES AND VOICE TAPES.WHEN CONFRONTED BEGIN TO CURZE ME OUT ANF PLASE ME FOR CONTACTING OTHER CLIENTS AND THEN HE BEGAN TO TELL ME ABOUT THE WORKER THEY WERE DRUG ADDICTS & CONVICTED FELONS THERE WAS AN INCIDENT WERE ON WORK CAME AND TOOK SOME THINGS BECAUSE HE WAS NOT PAID" THE WORKER I wrote him a letter stating my disappointment and the letter came back not received in May Never cleared wayI still have letter in openTHE PERSON HE IMPLYED I ASK TO FINISH THE WORK WORKED FOR HIM [redacted] HIS PERSON WHO ALSO HE GETS TO DO HIS DIRTY WORKHe came to the house 15August under the guide he was cleaning up for the electrician to complete the workInstead gather his equipment And dump garbage on the side of my house telling me was was to come back the next day and clear it it's still there and I have not seen him the FOLLING days he sent a text telling me to the effect I messed him up by contacting the electrician etc.And yes he has my ladder and the copy of the original I have with fake copy he gave meFurther copies of cancel checks phone text and voice mail with contact of electrician and follow up of a contact inspector who found multipal violations please please contact meIN fact set an appointment for a date so I can bring document onI am also filing A with the County Sheriff Stl Deptmemt because it is 14,in damagesALSO IN doing the work my Air Conditioner was puncher $Which was documented on receipt how the air conditioner was damage One statement he mad to me was I would not give him no advances he was not doing workHe would come back when he got more moneyFrom me or whoever
