This unit was pre cleaned, in fact I have his signed lease stating that the unit was in good order and repair, and in a safe, clean and tenant-able conditionThis is line on page of his leaseHe also left owing rent money still owed for march of plus late fee of Also water/sewerage and trash was not paid to the amount of the damages as anybody can see in the pictures I have attached and I have more, is the reason for the damage total of I was trying to help the young man out and not charge him for the door that was ate by the dogYou can see it at the bottom of the doorHe also never paid for a pet ( 400.00) as I had no clue he had a dog until I entered the home He never turn in a work order on the AC, but he did tell me he had worked on itHad he turned in a work order, it would of been fixedAlso the fence was installed by the former tenant ( [redacted] ***)I can get a letter from him stating that plus the [redacted] ( [redacted] of park) helped [redacted] install the fence He also stated that his mother and several other people helped him clean the unit, as anybody can see it was not cleaned one bitAnybody can tell that he did not leave in good standing

Paid my $pet deposit and 5months later after moving in I am STILL waiting for a fence for my dog to run in!!! They play favoritesThey are rude to me and I feel like my family is being punished when we pay our bills on time every monthThey claim to not have time to put up a fence but when I had a few pieces in my yard they gave me days to put them away or they stated maintenance would come take care of it...if they have time for that why do I not have a fence? the neighborhood is quiet and overall safe but I am tired of being back burned, my dog deserves a fence! They said they would take care of it when we moved in and I am done being patient

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My girlfriend never refused the back ground check, she wanted the fence issue resolved before any more money was wastedMy girlfriend also did not make this complaint, I (the leasee) made this complaintThis is a prime example of how our family has been treated, both of our pets were approved by the previous [redacted] My girlfriend and I kept to ourselves, we also have witnesses to contest that, my we have ALL text messages from both managers and from the first regarding the fence issueWe had explained to her that the windows had to be left open for the carpet to finish drying, so whoever closed the windows needs to pay to have it redoneMy girlfriend also called the carpet cleaners back and the property [redacted] was sent the number to call him and never did (we called back and asked the gentleman)...You can keep the pet deposit and give us full reimbursement of our deposit $We will not tolerate being schemed and lied to anymoreThis was the last step before small claims court, the "true colors" are being shown of these terrible peopleI also have pictures of other tenants breaking the rules with NO second look when we were targeted for having a few things around our porchWe have pictures/paper work to prove this..There are also children always unsupervised, and her son is allowed to blare his music in the park while driving when a sign states that's not tolerated Regards, [redacted]

water/sewerage and trash was not paid to the amount of 81.95. the damages as anybody can see in the pictures I have attached and I have more, is the reason for the damage total of 1403.10. I was trying to help the young man out and not charge him for the door that was ate by the dog. You can see it at the bottom of the door. He also never paid for a pet ( 400.00) as I had no clue he had a dog until I entered the home.

Lease was signed on 4/15/2014 and to start 5/1/2014. got 30 day notice on Oct.2,2014. Your lease is up on 4/30/2015,you was only here 5 months,start of 6. I'm sorry that things didn't go as you wanted. I can only do as I'm allowed. Would like for her to look on his lease # 2,6,7,13*c,13*f,14(and how many pets in the home did you have?),16-(you put up a no trespassing sign) after we put up for rent sign. The windows and doors wasn't closed until closing, and had tobe cause of rain. Can't leave them open during rain storm. The owner is up on all going on will be down end of week to talk about this. They are the only ones who have power to refund any money that is owed. Thank you, [redacted]

To start off This person in question wouldn't do a back ground check after being asked MANY times. She was NEVER put on lease cause she refused. Her lease only has one person on it, she was not the one. Was told she wasn't staying there, was girlfriend, and not giving up her place. About the...

fence, was told we would see what we could do about getting one. NEVER promised! Her lease CLEARLY stated pet not over 40 pounds, and we was told they wasn't. Also in lease the 400.00 is a pet fee, cause we don't charge monthly, it's yearly. And Clearly states in lease NON REFUNDABLE. When I did walk through with them they had ALL doors and windows open, when they left, that night at closing of park office 6 pm all was closed. 2 days later, opened door to show trailer, smell hit you in face. People wouldn't even walk in. THAT BAD. I took over in Aug. this year, I myself tried talking to her, she is VERY rood, loud, and NOT a nice talking person when upset. I myself wanted to call cops on her cause of her ugliness. I have before and after pictures of unit if you would like to see them. I have MANY witness to the smell of the unit. Why does it matter that we put up a no trespassing sign? We had strangers and children walking through our yard and have had stuff stolen, house behind us to the left had no trespassing signs and nothing was a problem there? We had two pets in the house... The rain didn't come until Tuesday so that's not a plausable excuse for closing the windows before the carpet was dry... And I can hardly read what you put because it is illiterate, misspelled words and grammer.... And I've read the lease several times, not sure what the numbers had to do with us... Were they the ones that you and other tenants don't follow? I saw a home with 4 dogs, thought only 2 were allowed? Just don't understand how we get called out and other tenants do what they want....unfair... Check out the deceptive act, we were told we would have a fence and we have the tect messages.... End of story.
