Cimco supposedly had fixed my sink, but it didn't last, for the expected time frame I called and talked to the owner, who promise me that he will come and fix it, but he never showed upI would have been waiting for a long time, and I would have also missed a lot of time from work, if I didn't called Cimco to see if the owner was still coming The secretary [redacted] finally answered the phone, who was, very rude and disrespectful She told me that the owner went out of town The owner never called to tell me that he could not make it No one ever came in my place, and I never got an apology The secretary [redacted] hung up in my face repeatedly, when I called to see when someone could come to do service for me [redacted] the secretary seemed as if she doesn't want to work, because when you call for service, the phone just rings and go into voice mail There is no reason to leave a message, because you will nvever get a return call This secretary is going to put Cimco out of business, and the owner is going to put his self out of his own business Cimco services are very bad, along with the customer service I know another company that is more dependable, respectful, much better service, and much better customer service, that do my service now [redacted] is going to put Cimco out of business [redacted] is a much better company for service, much better company!!!! DO NOT GET CIMCO TO DO ANY SERVICES FOR YOU!!!! YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU DO!!!
