[redacted]  contacted us about her Arctic fox and told us that it was a Blue
instead of a Polar. When the fox is young it is sometimes difficult to
tell the difference between the 2 colors. At that time she called
(5 months after she had the fox), we were going thru some family issues up...

and including the deaths of several close family members. These members
were in
and out of the hospital, in and out of the nursing homes, and then passed away.
With these things going on we completely forgot about [redacted]'s
issue. Today I was sitting down at my desk to get caught up
with paperwork etc. and then I bring in the mail and receive your letter. We
are doing just what we told her we would do and refunding her the difference
between the two colors that is all. If the fox is or was
aggressive we offered to trade her a different fox and she wanted no
part of that as she states she has bonded to it. Now to me this
shows the
fox is not aggressive or she would not want the fox. Also, she states my husband is
a taxidermist, now exactly what does that have to do with
anything? IF [redacted] had a problem with my husband being a
taxidermist she should not have purchased an animal from us in the first place. She
accepted that she would have to travel from where she lives to
pick upher animal here in
Indiana that was her choice to do so not ours. I have enclosed the letter to [redacted] and the copy of the refund with this correspondence. We consider
