Greetings Ms***,I left you a voice message on this matter as well. We were informed by both Marriott Customer Care and then the Cincinnati Revdex.com that there was a misunderstanding regarding a credit to your Marriott Rewards account.I have attached documentation for your
reference. The top box shows where we issued the credit to your Marriott rewards Account back in September as promised. The account that was credited was the account you used to make the reservation.When you contacted Marriott with the concern of not being credited, you used a different rewards number. Upon investigation, it seems you have Rewards numbers. I believe these are both your accounts, since they both have the same address and name.I’ve attached both reward # accounts for your reference, see attached/underlined.I believe Marriott Rewards can merge these accounts, so that receive full benefits of your points and status. The Marriott Rewards # is ###-###-####. We are not authorized to do that at the property level.Please contact me if you have any other questions.
