We at Cincinnati Auto Credit aim to ensure every single person is satisfied with their experienceIf someone is not satisfied, our managers will meet with that person to identify the issue and work on solutions It looks as if this person has concerns relating to servicing the car and as well
as questions about loan balanceI will have managers from both departments reach out to this customer to set meetings to discuss these concerns in person

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] My complaints wasn't that they did not attempt to fix the carMy complaint was that it has had three transmissions put into this vehicle and I've only had the vehicle since the end of NovMy complaint was also that I had to afford out of my own pocket rental cars so that I was able to get back and forth to workCincinnati Auto Credit never showed any care to my situationOutside of the transmissions their have been several other issues with this carI have literally been back and forth to Cincinnati Auto Credit to get my car repaired several timesAnd that's where the miles come fromNot only did they not offer me any means of getting a rental car I was basically told by Zach that it's not his problem about getting the rental car that I had to do it on my ownAnd as far as my payments the finance company arranged for me to get extended until my car was completely fixIt has had TRANSMISSIONS put in this car and no one at Cincinnati Auto Credit seems to think that it's a problemYes they sold me a lemon and no they don't care that I am a single mother who works hard for every dollar I haveBoth Zach and Michael were very nasty and did not care how I was going to get back and forth to work with a vehicle they have been paid in full for by the finance company that does not work properlyWhich leads me to believe that this is how they conduct businessI purchased a car from Cincinnati Auto Credit thinking it would at least work for a year but it does notSo Micheals reply did not have any thing to do with my complaintIt was irrelevantI am still not satisfiedMy car isLemon.

Ms***, there is some relevant information that was not contained in the complaintFirst, Ms*** bought a Buick Lucerne with 77,miles on 11-25-This car, as all of our cars, comes with a year, 15,mile limited warranty. Her transmission malfunctioned and a
replacement that carried its own warranty was purchased. This supplied unit had a leak and unfortunately its replacement had intermittent shifting issues. While this is frustrating for all involved, Ms*** is still on pace to put over 20,miles on this car in a month period In an effort to help Ms***, Cincinnati Auto Credit waived the required $deductible for all three warranty events. We have prioritized her repairs over others and on Monday 6-12-repaired her car in one day. Ms*** is currently over $1,past due on her loan installment payments and Cincinnati Auto Credit worked with her finance company to extend her account current AND consider her account paid in full when the balance reaches $500. Finally, Cincinnati Auto Credit believes Ms*** uses her vehicle for commercial purposes, which automatically and immediately voids the entire warranty, yet still honored it in good faith. There is not much more that Cincinnati Auto Credit can offer to satisfy Ms***. We hope this final repair is lasting and we hope that Ms*** is satisfied, performs all required maintenance and closed this complaint with a positive status. Michael

There is a buyer and a cobuyer on this account. We have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact *** *** but have regular communication with the buyer, *** ***. There are payment arrangements on this past due account (which is good) and Jacqueline has agreed to have Joya call to discuss her concerns. We will continue to attempt to contact Joya and she is more than welcome to contact the collection manager *** @ 513-*** during business hours of 8:30-6pm M-F

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed I am not satisfied with the response. And no they did not acknowledge my request and did not answer any questions on the complaint. I am still in a car that is halfway operable and I still have to pay for it. Cincinnati Auto Credit does not care and has not even contacted me to see how the car is operating after attempting to fix it 3 times.. I'm very unhappy with this company and will be seeking legal action.

This information has been forwarded to the collection manager and she will be in contact today, Jun 30.

A while back I made a complaint on a car company and they responded back saying we will have a meeting an get everything straighten out but they never got back with trying to get me a car there only worried bout there money; they are not following through on their promise to resolve my complaint.

This complaint has been forwarded to the manager and we will reach out to the customer soon.

Upon receipt. this complaint was immediately forwarded to our collection manager.  It is my understanding that we've been in contact with the customer and a satisfactory resolution has been reached.  The customer stated she would reach out to the Revdex.com and modify this complaint to a resolved...

status.

Please contact our office to schedule a service appointment to resolve any service related concerns.  Our warranty may apply to some repairs and we could possibly "goodwill" repair others.  According to our records, the car has not been checked into our service department yet.  If...

Cincinnati Auto Credit is more than willing to resolve this issue but we do not have any person named [redacted] in our system anywhere.  We need the owner of the vehicle to contact 513[redacted] so that we may move forward in resolving this complaint.

while the credit marks have been resolved Cincinnati auto credit has yet to repair my vehicle and has not made any attempt to schedule a time for it to be looked at. They said they would schedule an appointment with me but have yet to do so.
