A while back I made a complaint on a car company and they responded back saying we will have a meeting an get everything straighten out but they never got back with trying to get me a car there only worried bout there money; they are not following through on their promise to resolve my complaint
Cincinnati Auto Credit is more than willing to resolve this issue but we do not have any person named [redacted] in our system anywhere We need the owner of the vehicle to contact [redacted] so that we may move forward in resolving this complaint
