offer Mr*** the option of making the repairs to the bathtubThere would be a charge of $for these repairs with the understanding that there will be no guarantee on the aesthetic appearance of the repairs nor a warranty on the repairs madeThis offer is good until 2-10-at which time the progression of the damage as of that date would have to be assessed, and the work may be subject to a higher repair chargeWe do not recommend this option, but would offer this to Mr*** under these termsAlternatively, the remedy detailed in the attached emails is still available should Mr*** decide to go that route. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company provided a year warranty of the glazing of the bathtub from defect and failure It is clearly a fact that the glazing has been defective within the warranty period I should not have to incur any cost to repair the bathtub I would be satisfied if he repaired the defective areas at no cost
