I was told the corrected windows would be in November 19th. The fact that their factory is closed the week of Thanksgiving has no bearing. The messages that were left today, December 2nd, about scheduling an install, were only initiating by my complaint (Dec 1st). I guarantee I would have not heard from this company otherwise. I have received a call from them only 1 time prior in the almost 4 months this ordeal has been going on. If the service is this bad BEFORE receiving the product, what happens AFTER and/or with any problems. They should read their reviews, the answer to that question is crystal clear. Additionally, there is a difference between a "mistake" and incompetency. Who is off by 4-6 inches on a measurement? Each measurement being off by a different amount for 3 windows that are all the same size. Intentional, no, what was intentional was sending a salesman out who is incapable of reading a tape measure, and then topping it off with poor customer service. Therefore I choose not to throw good money after bad and want a refund.

Please let Mrs. [redacted] know that her screens have been ordered, all of parts have been back ordered so it has taken longer than even we expected. Also, please inform Mrs. [redacted] that her screens should arrive to our office on Monday, I will send you another email or call to confirm the shipment. Thank you, Lindsey

This customer had to have a frame replaced due to damage on the window. It was a specialty window so it took longer to make. It is scheduled to be completed on Wednesday November 18th.I spoke to [redacted] to schedule it and he agreed that day would be best.  I will let you know anything else that...

[redacted] did purchase the windows from us and the salesman did make an error with measurements. We reordered the windows and per her request we are going to install them on a Saturday so she does not have to take any time off from work. Our factory closes the week of Thanksgiving and it pushed back...

windows a week. I did call her on both numbers we have on file to schedule her for a Saturday install and I'm waiting to hear from her.  Mistakes do happen, we don't do it intentionally and we are trying to get it done. As soon I as hear from her I will schedule it and get it wrapped up.

No, I have not contacted Window World, nor do I intend to. As you can see by my responses, I do not want their services. Upon reading all their reviews, I do not want them to install any windows, not even if was just one! There are multilpe open cases out there  which  are not resolved because of the ineptness of this company, in addition to sub par customer service (which I have experienced first hand). Not to mention the pictures of poor installations and damaged siding. I am not willing to risk damage to my house. I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life.

To whom it may concern, window world gave a false statement regarding my home. I never initially contacted them regarding flies coming into the home just window replacement. Thr flies came in after they installed new windows. For them to present my home in the manner they did is unacceptable and I will contact corporate headquarters on the horrible customer service. I will never use them again.

My response to the response from the business Window World in which I have some disagreements with their response. The window was leaking on the inside of the garage not around the exterior trim because of rotten wood., If the wood was rotten why did they install a new window, the window has never been caulked in the past because it sill had the same gaps around the caps of the window and no new caulk was visible, if the window was caulked in the past provide me with the date and time and name of person that did the work as I was never made aware of it. Two guys came out on Thursday April 30 and the work they did looks good, but I don't know if the issue is resolved until the next time we have a good hard rain.  The original garage window was in place when the house was built in 1973 and we never had any problem with water until new window was replaced by Window World and I stand by my original complaint in which Window World fills I didn't have a valid complaint. I filed this complaint because I wasn't getting any response from Window World.

First off there office (window world ) is only open a few hours a week. I have been there several times from 9 am to 5pm . I talked to the business next to them ([redacted] ) the employee s there said they come in pick up mail and leave for the day . Yes I have called them several times thru the year 2017 told them my NAME PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS !! They ask for a number on window I told them I see no number . I have had other people look and they don't see no number. I ask for them to come to my house and look for them self. They told me they wouldn't come out. They ask me for measurement of window , I said were do I measure ? they were not sure . so I measured the window opening they said that was fine. Got window in mail wrong size . So I took broken window to there office and showed them . They could care less they were no HELP AT ALL!! they had no interest in helping me at all!! And yes I told them my name. If they would have came out and looked at window in the first place this could have all been avoided. But after they sell window s they could care less !! I have taken off work several hour's at a cost of more than $300.00 . Only solution I see at this point is to have window taken out and have a new window put in by different manufacture . WINDOW WORLD DOESN'T STAND BY THERE WINDOWS !!  And hand window world the bill for new window.
