Company's response below:From: [redacted] >Date: Sun, Nov 1, at 4:PMSubject: Response to [redacted] complaintTo: [redacted] Please accept our apologies in our delayed response to Mr [redacted] 's complaintWe are happy to report this issue was resolved a day or two before the first notice of complaint was received by our office.Mr [redacted] 's frustration was due to an error with his account that caused his access code to become inactive and to further the situation, in the same week, our main [redacted] cable line was accidentally cut by a construction rode crew rendering us without phone or internet for a couple of daysWhen we spoke with Mr [redacted] , we expressed our apologies as well as made a concession toward his account for being inconveniencedWe then asked him if everything was okay at which he replied yes, everything is fine.Sincerely, [redacted] ***Monument Mini Storage [redacted]
Our company followed all policy and procedures regarding this incidentWe also went outside of our standard policy and refunded the customer for (3) months rentThe refund was determined from our monthly walk-thru which shows customer's lock was on unit latch in September Two months would
have been more of the actual time frame but, three months was credited back to customer
