April 19, 2016Revdex.com E4th StSuite 600Cincinnati, OH 45202RE: ID [redacted] We are in receipt of a customer complaint that was assigned the above ID.On January 31st, 2016, this customer put a full mattress and foundation on layawayIt is clearly posted at our checkout counter that we do not provide refunds on layawaysReason being the expense of storing the item (s) until the customer makes final payment and takes possessionWe have also posted it very clearly on our company website that we do not refund layaway deposits.At the time the customer placed the order, it was explained that payments were required monthly on a layaway purchaseOn March 31st, 2016, when the layaway reached days old with no activity, I contacted this customer by leaving her a messageShe returned our call on April 1°, requesting at that point to cancel the layaway and receive a refundOur no refund policy on layaways was explained to this customer in a very polite mannerThis was the only time the customer contacted us in regards to this matterThere was no other conversations after April 1st, At this point, the customer proceeded to use extreme vulgar language with us, which we do not put up withWe then ended the conversationAt no time were we condescending and rude to this customer, but merely stated our policy.This deposit remains or account at our store for this customer to use at any time, however once a layaway has been initiated and defaulted on, we no longer offer that form of purchasing to that individualShe is welcome to come by the store, and make a purchase utilizing these funds, however ONLY IN A CIVIL MANNERWe will not tolerate the violent behavior and language demonstrated by her on the telephoneShe is also welcome to visit our website and make a selection, then call us to process the order by phone.We have been in business quite some time, and have a clean record with the Revdex.comSincerely, [redacted] , Manager

we do not provide refunds on layaways. Reason being the expense of storing the item (s) until the customer makes final payment and takes possession. We have also posted it very clearly on our company website that we do not refund layaway deposits.At the time the customer placed the order, it was explained that payments were required monthly on a layaway purchase. On March 31st, 2016, when the layaway reached 60 days old with no activity, I contacted this customer by leaving her a message. She returned our call on April 1°, 2016 requesting at that point to cancel the layaway and receive a refund. Our no refund policy on layaways was explained to this customer in a very polite manner. This was the only time the customer contacted us in regards to this matter. There was no other conversations after April 1st, 2016.
