matter. Mr. P[redacted] explained to Mr. [redacted] that due to City of Cincinnati policy we (the golf course) are not able to give cash refunds. This is due to governmental accounting practices and policies. In order to receive a refund Mr. [redacted] would need to request a refund through the City of Cincinnati. Mr. P[redacted] invited Mr. [redacted] back to the golf course to play a complimentary round of golf with his son at Reeves.
