In June of our contract for the new roof was with *** ***, and not [redacted] We also replaced the existing gutters and downspoutsOn September 28, our office received a call from Mr [redacted] that he had a roof leakI called and went to look at his issue as a courtesy as we installed this over two years agoI mentioned to Mr [redacted] that he may want to think about having oversized gutters installed on the front of his house to help prevent over flowing during hard rainsIt appeared this may be the issue.We have a one warranty on our laborAs I stated earlier this roof was installed in June 2013.The last time I spoke to Mr [redacted] he was satisfied with my advice.If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted] Meador
