On July 27, 2015, we received notice from the Revdex.com in regards to a complaint filed by a *** ***, alleging that we were responsible for the power seat motor failing in her year old Mercedes BenzWe responded to *** *** directly, citing our prior offer of resolution,
which she mentioned in here complaint, that she had previously declinedWe also explained to her that we cannot be held responsible for the failure of an electronic component on an older German car, particularly when we simply moved the seat within standard operating rangeAs further illustrates the fact that we are not responsible for *** *** complaint, upon taking delivery of the vehicle, *** *** husband explained that he had trouble getting the seat motor to work prior to dropping the vehicle off with us for serviceThis was a pre-existing issue.As well, we explained to her that to date, we have provided her with free services and labor valued at $over the course of just two visits.Richard LampingPresidentCincinnati Transmission Specialist
