I have been utilizing Grant Consulting for assistance in maintaining my business servers since they are located in the shared office space where I run my business Since I have been running 24/applications on my servers for several years, which is hard on any computer, I have had a number of emergency situations that caused the computers to become inoperable, and the staff at Grant Consulting has always been able to get my machines back up quickly They are always thorough in explaining what has to be done, and they have been successful in keeping my business running smoothly They know how to research hardware and software repair strategies to keep the systems operating as they should

We are in the process of refunding the customer ($600.00) and this will be issued at the end of FebruaryWe regret this has happened but unfortunately we have had one of our employees injured and he is unable to work
Again, we apologizeAnthony

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While I appreciate that the business has made some response, specific concerns about that response are:
1.  The complaint stated that the preferred resolution was for the company to perform the work promised and contracted for.  After all, the work was contracted to protect a vulnerable investment that still is vulnerable.  The complaint further stated that, although not preferred, a refund would be acceptable.  However, this was in January and we are now looking at a promise that a payment will be issued at the end of February.  Presumably it would be received in March.  As additional time goes by, the acceptability of a refund diminishes.
2.  Mr. M[redacted] claims he is "in the process" of refunding the money.  Then he goes on to say it will be issued at the end of February.  In essence he is saying he intends to do something in the future.  Being "in the process" suggests that tangible action has been taken which is not the case.  Mr. M[redacted] has made no attempt to contact me and determine how to repay the money.  Further, there is no reason that this should wait until the end of February when the money in question was given to Mr. M[redacted] at the end of December 2015.
3.  Mr. M[redacted] has promised to come do the work on several dates or in several time windows in the past going back to the first week of January.  When I last spoke to him, prior to filing complaint [redacted], he said he would refund the previous payment.  He has not fulfilled any of those promises.  In short, it would be foolish for me to assume he is going to come through on this one.  Thus I could not possibly  "accept" the response in your system until either the work has been done or a payment has been received and verified to be legitimate.
Thank you for your attention to the matter.
Regards,
[redacted]
