I only had to pay and extra $26.00 dollars to change them. Your dealership is just trying to rip people off after you get them too come in. You back track on your words and I wish I walked out the door before you lied to get me in there by saying you would give us $500.00 dollars off. If you had my address wrong, how did I receive the b plates and not anything else?

We are not obligated legally to refund her the $200, but I have already determined (even before receiving this Revdex.com Complaint) we will refund her the money later this month. [redacted]

I will forward Mr. [redacted] an email from the warranty company. The statement, "excludes coverage for cars not certified for sale in the U.S. " continues to be brought up by Mr. [redacted], however, that statement does not apply to the vehicle he purchased. Our vehicle was certified for sale in the U.S.

The customer is correct, there is no warranty on the vehicle, however, our signed Wisconsin Buyers Guide states the original Manufacturer Warranty Expired or Not Known. I attempted to get Mr. [redacted] a timely response, as I told him I would regarding the issue of warranty. My findings, though...

delayed as I wanted to ensure an accurate answer, were similar to what our Buyers Guide stated, the warranty had expired. In order to help Mr. [redacted] with his concern, we scanned over an agreement showing a 36 month/45,000 warranty we could add on the vehicle, at our cost. I have since not heard from Mr. [redacted]. He previously  stated he had put aftermarket accessories on his truck which could potentially void a factory warranty or even extended warranty may NOT cover his modifications. I thought he may already know that,  and that's why I didn't get a response from Mr. [redacted] regarding the warranty Lenz was willing to pay for based on the specifications of his truck when he left Lenz.
