After speaking with the event coordinators and manager on premesis during this event, we found that the bride was given the incorrect information by family membersThe incorrect information given is as follows per emails sent to me (Ryan [redacted] ) by the Bride:1) A separate sound system for cocktail hour wasn't provided to guests during cocktail hour at an additional fee of $100.Per the event coordinator;1) The extra sound system was in fact provided for cocktail hour in the foyer of the event hallHOWEVER; The day of the wedding, they decided to open up the outdoor seating area last minute and the DJ wasn't aware of the changes and per the meeting prior to the wedding date with the bride; the sound system was set up inside the event hall by the bar in the foyer outside of the reception hall roomThe issue that arose were guests (immediate family members) who incorrectly told the bride that no music was playing during cocktails because they were outside the building, rather than inside by the barThe bride and groom were not on premise and were taking photos elsewhere, so the bride is basing her complaint off of hearsay rather than cold hard FACTSThe $refund for the bride was denied due to these incorrect allegationsOnce the refund was denied, she then proceeded to threaten my company by using libel and other methods to give my company a "bad name"This is the first and only complaint EVER from a client of oursAnd contacting the Revdex.com was just another one of her ploys in her attempt to exact revenge on what she believes she deservesWe stand by our quality and professionalism, but from the conversations back and forth with the bride, she just cared about a refund which we found unfair and unjust since 100% of the services paid for were rendered
