We spoke with customer on the phone about his concerns and complaintWe tried to explain that gutter cleanings are recommended at least twice a year (one for each leave/seed falling season)We also tried to steer him towards looking up the opinion of other gutter experts, who also recommend 2- times a year depending on home many trees that you haveCustomer stated, that he did not have any issues prior to the spring season (specifically mid April), and we have had rains starting in late February, as well as significant wind and rain storms in MarchIf there had been gutters not cleaned, issues would have been noticed at this pointWe tried to explain that during the spring, seeds fall, as well as leavesAlso, the crew that was out on his home in the fall season, was led by our field manager Rob B [redacted] , whom has never received a complaint about not having gutters cleaned properly (his job is to perform quality control)We offered to come out and clean gutters at Spring Gutter Cleaning rate, and customer said that he did not want us toWe attempted to work with customer, however he hung up on us while speakingWe would be happy to clean gutters at the rate, however, based on information provided by customer this is not a result of us not cleaning the guttersThe issue is a result of mother nature, and spring leaves and seeds

We were at Mrs*** residence on 3/10/17, the technician was there from 10:39am to 11:40am according to recordsWe spoke with Mrs*** again in May of about her concern that they were not doneAs policy (even though it was past day guarantee) we returned to her residence with our
lead and quality control manager on 5/19/He reported back with pictures that it appeared that 80% of gutters were not completed and sent in photos, some of which had new debris but it appeared that it was not completed correctlyAs discussed with Mrs***, we thought it might be wrong home that employees went to, and we addressed this issue with techniciansAt that time she requested that we not come back out and do cleaning, and she was told to disregard invoiceIt looks like she did submit payment in June, and we did not catch she paid something that she did not have/want completedWe would be happy to issue full refund in the amount of $170, which she will find in the mail by the end of this weekWe hope this satisfies the customer complaintWe would have been happy to issue refund had we received a call roughly months ago or even after, when she paid an invoice she did not need to pay, as discussed with Office Manager Lauren in May

Our field technician had already left a message letting the *** know that we were going to need to order different gutter guards because we don't carry their guardsWe then contacted them immediately to make sure that they had gotten that messageThe new guards have been ordered and we will
install them as soon as they come inAs far as we know from the conversations with the ***, they are satisfied with this agreement

We do contact all of our customers to let them know when we are coming--via an automated text message the night before and another text message when en route to the property, as promised over the phone when the job is scheduled. There were wind storms that week in the area and customers often find...

things that were already existing when they go to inspect their property after we come out. We will go out and make things right when we believe that it could have been the result of something we did. It would be completely abnormal for anything that we do to affect the soffits. And the crew that was on Ms. [redacted]'s job is a very careful one. That's we firmly believe that whatever damage she saw was not caused by us. However, we will take responsibility for not communicating with her better. The message was passed on to me by our receptionist right before I went on vacation, and it got lost in the shuffle when I came back. By the time we got back to Ms. [redacted], it had been way too long for her to wait. So because of that, we are asking her to send us a photo of the damage and we will most likely come out and take care of it--assuming that it is a reasonable request. In addition, they came out and the areas impacted were repaired and corrected. Excellent work and extremely professional. They definitely made a significant effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the end result, which I am. Thank you and I will recommend them in the future.
