A woman came into the store and purchased a box of *** *** *** ***A man came back
with a box about an hour or so later stating that the wine tasted funny and that it was expiredI called the owner, KD, to assist himKD asked to see the bwas the old color version of the box that we do not sell, thus it could not have been purchased from our storeKD had the customer’s box and it also was half emptyKD asked the customer how much did she drink before bringing this back as it is half emptyThe man became upset and told KD to give him the old box back which he didThen the man yelled and walked out of the storeThe woman called our business repeatedly yelling at KD over the phoneWe had to ask her to please stop callingKD had offered to replace it until the guy stated to give the old box backMy boss never yelled at anyone, myself included, during this situation.Thanks!Marissa V***

on 03/21/at about PM I was refused to serve in rude form because I commented that price in this store looked much higher than in nearby storesDuring the incident there were present my wife and three yang people, one of them, young lady looked below for me One of the young people entered the discussion and was rude to meGiven the difference in age (I'm 66) all sounded absolutely impolite and insultingI consider the behavior of store owner (the person at the counter) completely unacceptable
