I am rejecting this response because: Cinderella B*** desperately wants to draw attention away from the behavior of her employees and the clear photographic evidence of the damage they have done to my home and the objects therein, including my son's treasured statue and a newly-installed stainless steel dual-fuel oven. Instead Cinderella B*** makes outrageously and libelous statements and unhinged accusations to avoid paying for the damage for which Cinderella B*** and Maid to Clean are clearly responsible. First and foremost, let's focus on the underlying issue: MsB***' "cleaning" crews did frequent, severe and costly damage to my home, both in terms of dollars and irreplaceable family objects. But the photos are there and, unlike Cinderella B***, they do not lie. *** defines "Thug" as "A violent person, especially a
criminal". And that is surely the behavior exhibited by the "cleaning
crews" of Maid To Clean. MsB***' crews ripped the register off my
bathroom wall and attempted to prop it up so we somehow would not notice. Ms B***' crews shattered my son's most treasured possession, a statue I bought for him while on a business trip to the Netherlands. Yes, it was Batman (as a vampire, no less) and it was certainly tacky, but my son loved it very muchAnd it was quite expensive -- more than $(paid in Euros) in a comic shop in Amsterdam. I would be happy to produce the receipt for both the statue and, more importantly, the oven. MsB***' crews THUGGISHLY damaged this statue not once but twice. After the first instance, I managed to glue the broken piece back onto the statue. We replaced the statue in my son's room and placed a large orange sticky note nearly covering the statue which read: "DO
NOT TOUCH!!". The next visit from Maid To Clean following the painstaking repair, the crew made sure they destroyed the statue completely. I still have the pieces, but it can never be repaired. I am certain that MsB***' THUGS took great pleasure in
wrecking a young boy's prized possession, laughing at our honest attempt to protect it with bright signage as they shattered it to pieces before once again hiding the evidence (propping the destroyed pieces onto an adjacent item) and NEVER having the courtesy to tell us what they had done. Just to add insult to injury, they left a thick layer of dust on the shelf upon which the statue had rested (also in the photos). So they were never attempting to "clean" anything when they destroyed the statue. While the statue is certainly not as valuable as the solid oven handle in terms of money, the gleeful destruction of my son's piece is the most disgusting thing Ms B***' THUGS did in my house -- that I know of, at least. I shudder to think of what went on behind closed doors and roaring vacuums. The one statement made by Cinderella B*** with which I can agree is that "Damages
happen". They do. Neither me nor my wife have any problem with that. But it is equally true that any honest person would CERTAINLY say SOMETHING to me or my wife about the damage, especially when it occurs over and over and over again. A THUG -- "A violent person, especially a criminal"-- would cover it up and HIDE the damage. So I stand firmly behind my statements and choice of words. The shoe fits-- wear it, MsB***. MsB***' gangs of THUGS caused damages so frequently, it is impossible to credit these events as mere "accidents". As mentioned earlier and indicated in the photos accompanying the original complaint, Cinderella B***' THUGS, somehow, chopped a hideous dent into
the smoothed stainless-steel handle of an expensive new dual-fuel oven. We discovered this
later that day because MsB***' THUGS draped a dish towel over the
damaged handle to conceal it. No, of course Cinderella B*** won't address any of these
facts. Because they prove that Ms B*** employs THUGS who are ether
naturally inclined or instructed by management to cover up any
damage and get out before it can be discovered. Instead, Cinderella B*** chooses to fabricate scurrilous, vile lies to match her own filthy character Nevertheless BOTH my wife and I treated the Maid to Clean crews with the utmost courtesy at all times. It is true that my wife had more contact with them than I, but that is because I maintain a small business in which I frequently work through the night preparing documents. Naturally, this causes me to sleep during the day. Consequently, Maid To Clean would "clean" (leaving copious dust in addition to the damages) the rest of the house and do the master bedroom, where I slept, last. I ALWAYS said "hello" when they came in to "clean' the bedroom. At no time did I ever utter a cross word at any of them -- most days I was more than half asleep -- even though my wife and I SHOULD have been following them around room to room to prevent additional damages and subsequent cover-ups. Cinderella B***' response also tries to conceal the fact that I gave the crews Christmas bonuses each amounting to one week's cleaning fee not once, but TWICE. My wife and I hoped that such generous and courteous treatment would inspire Ms B***' crews to do less damage, or at least to admit to us when things were broken. But appeasement never works with thugs. Of course, the crews continued smashing, scuffing, breaking, tearing and denting while NEVER uttering a word about it to us. Nevertheless, both my wife and I exhibited MASSIVE amounts of patience in continuing to permit Cinderella B***' THUGS into our home (and pay them, and give them generous bonuses, besides). We thought "give them another chance' again and again, sometimes keeping them away for weeks at a time. Of course, we should have been using that time to find a reputable cleaning service, but my wife and I are busy people. Now, to have a criminally vicious liar such as Cinderella B*** carelessly lob libelous accusations in response to our patience and generosity would be funny if the situation, like Ms B*** herself, were not repugnant and sickening to any decent person. I am hesitant to dignify the absurd, vile and libelous statements against me personally, but such is the desperately unscrupulous nature of Cindrella B*** that the record must be set straight, lest this quim be believed by anyone. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life. However I do own a spacious cigar humidor with a wine rack in the middle and I also maintain a valuable collection of beautiful hand-carved briar and meerschaum estate pipes made by artisans such as *** ***, *** and ** *** (the latter of which is NOT an estate pipe; it is unsmoked and will forever be so to best appreciate the clean lines and intricate grain), which I have tried occasionally, but don't really enjoy smoking except very, very rarely, outdoors in the autumn. I am mentioning this now because I want Cinderella B*** and her thugs to know that they FAILED to damage and destroy MY prized possessions, which I know will cause them great anger and frustrationHowever, I do enjoy a good cigar in the manner of virtually ALL cigar smokers, occasional or frequent: I ONLY smoke a cigar late at NIGHT, many, many hours after respondent's THUGS have left the premises and almost always out of doors, weather permitting. For those rare inclement NIGHTS when I do light a cigar indoors, I have THREE $smoke eaters for my den, which has no air intake to the rest of the house. Each of those machines holds at least pounds of activated charcoal to filter and eliminate cigar smoke, in addition to HEPA and micro-HEPA filtering for particulates and allergens. But a person of Ms B*** willful, craven ignorance would fail to recognize these details. All that matters is that her THUGS saw some cigars and some pipes, so they accuse me of smoking them while the thugs beat on my home and my property. The idea that I would wake up and immediately light up a cigar is absurd, but Cinderella B*** is unconcerned with facts, only greed and avoidance of responsibility. I have NEVER smoked a cigar (or a pipe) in my home while someone (other
than myself) is working there. Never. Cinderella B*** desperately
needs to avoid talking about the damages wrought by her THUGS, so she
made up lies about smoking at unnatural hours. These lies are
ridiculousYes, we attempted to be cordial to the thugs that came
into our home. That is our nature, and thugs and their masters will always try to take advantage of decent people like usNaively, we believed that if we were even nicer to the THUGS that maybe they
wouldn't be so wantonly destructive, especially around Christmastime, when we have our lovingly-collected ornaments on display. But we learned the hard way, through the sight of smashed blown glass under our tree that you cannot appease THUGS. Yes, we gave MsB***'
THUGS far too many chances to wreak damage in our home. And I will never understand the repugnant mind that takes such pleasure in destroying the possessions of a young boy or a working couple trying to be courteous and generous. Let's return to the main point -- the damage wrought and concealed by the nauseatingly dishonest Ms B*** and her band of THUGS. I will accept no less than $to repair the oven, which is well below the minimum it will cost to fabricate and install a new handle. Unfortunately, my son's statue cannot be repaired, and any replacement would not hold the same meaning to either of us. Pay us the $for the oven repair and I will hold my nose as you and your ilk waft away. Otherwise, you will be charged for itemized damages, including the statue, a limited edition which has grown quite valuable, and the mangled, newly-installed curtain rod (including installation costs), which has yet to be replaced The ripped-off register was repaired by a contractor who was renovating our other bathroom anyway (and who will be perfectly happy to testify that I never smoked a cigar on premises while he labored for weeks on end in several areas of my home that needed renovation). I am willing to forego the broken glasses, coffee mugs, Christmas ornaments, permanently scuffed floors, ravaged paint on my banister, scratches and holes in the walls downstairs, and other damage caused by Maid To Clean. So $-- That is an EXTREMELY generous offer made to a disgusting person. On a darker note, should MsB*** decide to take matters into her own hands, as in hiring, or even threatening to hire an even lower form of criminal than herself (if one exists), she should be advised that all of our locks have been changed since her THUGS' final destructive visit to our home and that our home is fully alarmed and monitored, with glass breakage sensors and other measures modernized since Maid To Clean was finally dismissed, in case she harbors even more intensely perverse and corrupt ideas than the ones she shas carried out already, about sending criminals of a more serious nature to our home. I am perfectly certain that Ms B***' thugs took careful notes regarding our electronic and physical security. Rest assured, it has been upgraded.
Under no circumstances would I EVER retract even ONE of my true statements about Cinderella B*** and her band of THUGS, their behavior in my home and the damage they wrought, even as this human sludge strains her tiny imagination for charges to hurl in my direction. Let them comprise the true record of her sorry business forever. As for her own collection of libelous dung vomiting from her mouth and fingertips, that shall be disregarded as all statements from such a repugnant character ought to be, unless Ms B*** decides to try some new scheme against me. I care nothing for the rantings of craven sm like her.
