September 28, Dear Revdex.com: The individual who has submitted the above complaint is a tyrant and a bullyWe provided reliable and trustworthy service to this individual on a weekly basis since Our hardworking staff repeatedly pleaded with us to cancel service to this individualHis demeanor was extremely unpleasant and stressful to work with and most importantly his excessive smoking was a health hazard to the staff.We request that this client remove his complaint to the Revdex.com and on [redacted] ***His reference to our staff as "thugs" and other comments do not take into consideration the hard work and dedication the staff put into cleaning his homeThe staff never once disrespected his family we never missed a scheduled cleaning and the staff never stole a single item from himThe staff was careful around his pet and itemsDamages happen and the damages were not intentionalMost of the staff which cleaned his home has worked over years at Maid To CleanThey show up on time and follow through with their work tasksThis individual is unworthy of anyone going into his home and cleaning for him, He lacks basic common courtesy and respect for peopleMoreover his excessive smoking is a health hazard to anyone entering his homeHis reference to our staff as "thugs" is a reflection of his characterOur staff on many occasions mentioned that his wife was kind and courteous to them which was the only reason we continued to provide service to this individual.We regret that we provided cleaning service to this tyrannical individual.Regards,Cinderella B
