I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their response is an utter fabrication.  The only "quote" I have received from this company is for $3,532.87, dated 07/15/15 via email from Bruce G[redacted].  We have NEVER received anything from them since that date - no calls, response to emails or voicemails, letters - including bills - nothing.Furthermore, their fraudulent $165 "collection" turned over to [redacted] in clear retaliation for our rejection of their ridiculous quotation for work we never even asked for was claimed to be an invoice for an "estimate" according to the agent that called us in October, nearly three months after our last communication with this company.
