I ordered my daughter's wedding dress and left a $200.00 deposit on February 16th. We also scheduled a fitting appointment for February 26th at 2:00 p.m.

I called the morning of the 26th and the lady that answered the phone said that the dress was not at the store and that she would call the driver to find out where it was.

I proceeded to ask for the lady's name and asked to speak to the owner or manager. She said no one was there except herself and that I need to wait until she could call me back.

The same lady refused to give me her name and started raising her voice, saying that I would never speak to the owner because that shop was a corporation and hung up the call.

I've called the store, 14 times and have not heard anything back from anyone at that store.

My daughter is getting married soon and I am very scared that the dress I bought may be a scam.

Delivery Need to have the dress ASAP

I purchased a wedding dress in Medium from this company and when I received it, it was a size Small and they refuse to fix the problem or exchange it.
I ordered my dress on June 1, 2019. When I placed the order, I ordered a Medium dress. The receipt I have says I ordered a Medium. When I picked up the dress I did not look at the tag assuming they had ordered correctly. When I got home, I noticed the dress was a size Small. I contacted the company right away and they refused to help. They told me that it was too bad and I should not have taken the dress home. they now will not answer the phone or exchange the dress. They claim that they order based off of measurements but I was never measured because the medium fit me perfect. so now I am stuck with a wedding dress that is too small for me to fit in and my wedding is in 2 months.

Desired Outcome

I want the company to either order the dress in the correct size and I can bring the small when the Medium is in, or I would like a full refund. If not willing to issue a full refund, then i would like some type of compensation for this issue and the fact that i will most likely have to get the dress altered. i should not have to pay for alterations due the this company's mistake.

I ordered my wedding dress in May and were told it would be in by the first week in June...Like fool I paid for half 400 dollars...Nothing but excuses the whole month of June, finally in July we were told to come for a fitting 1 week before the wedding on a Friday when we get there they said it was the wrong size they would not show it to us and said we would have to come back at 4 and it would be there but alterations would not be done until the following Wednesday 3 days before the wedding..

WE ORDERED A WEDDING DRESS IN JANUARY FOR A JUNE WEDDING.I PAID FOR HALF 800. IT WAS STILL NOT IN ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING WE BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE.
WE ORDERED A WEDDING DRESS ON JANUARY 28 2019. WE WERE TOLD IT WE WOULD GET IT IN THE MIDDLE OF APRIL, WE TRIED TO CALL AND I SENT EMAILS AND FINALLY REACHED SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AND WAS TOLD TWO WEEKS. THIS WENT ON THROUGH MAY AND FINALLY IN JUNE I SPOKE TO THE DIRECTOR *** WHO ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE IN THE FOLLOWING WEEK. HE ASSURED ME IF WORST COMES TO WORST HE HAD 2000 GOWNS IN THE STORE AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF US. I GOT A CALL ON JUNE 11 SAYING THE DRESS WAS IN AND WE SCHEDULED A FITTING FOR FRIDAY JUNE 14 AT 1PM BECAUSE IT NEEDED TO BE ALTERED AS PER OUR CONTRACT AND I WAS TO BRING THE BALANCE OF THE DRESS 736.00 IN CASH BECAUSE THEIR CARD READER WAS NOT WORKING AT THAT TIME. MY DAUGHTER GOT A CALL FROM *** ON THURSDAY JUNE 13 SAYING THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG SIZE DRESS AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY JUNE 19, 3 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING FOR IT TO COME. SHE TOLD HIM WE WOULD BE COMING THE NEXT DAY FOR OUR FITTING AND SHE WANTED TO TRY ON THE ONE THAT WAS SENT. SHE HAD LOST 40 POUNDS SINCE JANUARY AND IT MIGHT FIT. HE SAID NO HE DID NOT THINK IT WOULD FIT AND WE SHOULD WAIT. WE WENT THE NEXT DAY AT 1PM HE HAD ME WAIT UNTIL 2PM BEFORE HE CAME TO THE SHOP TO TALK TO ME HE NOW SAID THE DRESS WOULD BE THERE AT 4PM THAT HE HAD IT BUT IT WAS NOW AT THEIR WAREHOUSE..MY DAUGHTER ASKED TO SEE THE DRESS THEY HAD SENT AND HE SAID NO IT WAS A SIZE 8 AND WOULD NOT FIT. SHE ASK TO JUST SEE IT AND HE SAID HE WASN'T SURE WHERE IT WAS AT THAT TIME I TOLD HIM THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND WE COULDN'T WAIT UNTIL 4 AND IF HE COULD JUST SHOW US SOMETHING IN THE SHOP. I REMINDED HIM OF HIS PROMISE THAT HE MADE ABOUT HAVING A LARGE INVENTORY AND HE WOULD NOT LEAVE US HANGING. HE SAID NO WE HAD TO WAIT I THEN SAID WHAT ABOUT THE ALTERATIONS AND HOW LONG WOULD THAT TAKE BECAUSE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ADD LACE TO THE TOP OF THE DRESS AS ORDERED IN THE CONTRACT. HE SAID THAT WOULD PROBABLY NOT BE DONE UNTIL WEDNESDAY 3 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I SAID THE LEAST HE COULD DO IS PUT A RUSH ON IT SINCE THEY HAD PUT US THROUGH ALL OF THIS. HE THEN INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY OFF THE BALANCE OF THE DRESS BEFORE ANY ALTERATIONS COULD BE DONE. I TOLD HIM THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR THE REST OF THE DRESS WITHOUT IT LEAVING THE STORE WITH ME.
I REALIZED THAT WE WERE NOT GOING TO DO BUSINESS IF I HAD TO PAY THE BALANCE AND STILL NOT LEAVE WITH THE DRESS. WE LEFT AND WENT TO DAVID'S BRIDAL AND FOUND A BEAUTIFUL DRESS OFF THE RACK NO ALTERATIONS. IT WAS MEANT TO BE. I UNDERSTAND NOT TO GO INTO A SITUATION LIKE THIS HOT AND ANGRY SO I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE SITUATION BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY ALL I WANTED WAS A DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER THAT SHE LOVED. WE WERE IN A TOUGH POSITION. HOW COULD I TRUST THIS PERSON WHO COULD HAVE HELPED US WITH ANOTHER DRESS WE WERE OPEN TO THAT AND HE DID HAVE THE INVENTORY. WHAT HE WANTED WAS FOR US TO WALK AND TO KEEP A DESIGNER DRESS HE COULD SELL AND KEEP MY 800.00. HE DID NOT FULFILL THE CONTRACT THAT SPECIFIED SIGNIFICANT ALTERATIONS. THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO TIME TO HAVE FITTINGS AND DO THE ALTERATIONS ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. THE LAST TIME I SAW HIM HE STILL DID NOT HAVE THE DRESS AT THE STORE. HE REALLY DIDN'T CARE AND HAS GONE THROUGH THIS BEFORE (READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS..I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE) I HAVE A STRING OF EMAILS I SENT THAT WERE NEVER ANSWERED SHOWING THE ATTEMPTS I MADE TO REACH THEM THROUGH OUT THIS PROCESS. THEIR PHONE IS EITHER BUSY OR GOES TO VOICE MAIL OR IF YOU'RE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER THEY DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO GET A RETURN CALL. WE WERE AT DAVID'S BRIDAL TRYING ON DRESSES WHEN 4:00 ROLLED AROUND AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL SAYING THE DRESS WAS THERE.. THE 800 DEPOSIT WAS MADE BY DEBIT CARD.

I purchased a wedding dress model "MF Style #231 in white size 8" on 11/24/18 which was sold to me by sales person: *** and *** for a total of $835.00 with alterations. *** wrote the contract/receipt telling me that I must pay my dress in full in order to get the alterations that I wanted. She also told me that if I paid in cash, she will lower the payment. She wrote on the back of my receipt/contract the day of delivery/pick-up in store would be March 21st, 2019 (5 months from the day I purchased the dress) I paid her $835.00 in cash with no remaining balance due.
On March 20th, 2019 I still did not receive a call stating that my dress had arrived which #5 on their contract states "special orders will be confirmed 7 working days in order to get a shipping date and offer a fitting date" which they failed to do so. I called Cinderella's Closet on 3/20/19 to get a confirmation since they had failed to call me and the person who answered the phone stated that my dress still has not arrived and they will call me back, I never got a called back. I sent 3 emails to the email provided on the receipt as well ***@gmail.com and I still did not receive an answer to this day.
On March 21, 2019 I arrived to Cinderella's Closet to dispute my order with the store manager *** My dress was not delivered on the date that was promised written on my contract and I demanded to get a delivery date/tracking number/confirmation that my dress was ordered and *** refused to give me any of that information. I asked him if he can call the company my dress was ordered from to get a confirmation of a new estimated date of delivery and he also refused to call and stated "I will call you when the dress is here I cannot provide you will a confirmation date it will get here when it gets here even if it's a day before your event it's not my problem" I then requested to speak to the owner and he refused to give me his information as well. My father-in-law *** spoke to *** and asked to call the company and to give him a date of delivery/pick-up which he gave him March 28th, 2019 and he will personally call ***, if he doesn't call by 2pm *** will be calling him to get an update. *** called *** the manager on 3/28/19 at Cinderella's Closet throughout the day and left him numerous voicemails with no answer or call back. It is now 1 week and 1 day after the promised day of delivery and I have yet to receive a call, text, or email regarding my purchased order.

either need to get my dress I purchased delivered to me within the next 2 weeks of today or a full refund for my purchase of $835.00 in cash and for my time wasted, days I missed from work, my gas to travel there, and for emotional pain and suffering

On 06/08/2018 I ordered a dancing queen dress style 2007 in lilac to be delivered by 6/15-6/18/2018. This dress has never been ordered or received.
The item I purchased was never ordered by the store and I have never received it. After calling in the beginning of July a woman was suppose to order it and said for some reason it was never ordered even though it was was supposed to be she stated she would get it shipped to me within 2 days and call me with the tracking. I called again on 8/29/18 and spoke to *** he stated he would order this dress and get it shipped to me no later than Friday 8/31/2018. He stated he would call me and let me know the tracking information. I told him I needed this dress right away as the dance it is for is coming up in less than 2 weeks. He never called and today is Sunday September 2nd. This company and their way of doing business is awful how can you have someone pay for something and still n to receive the product nearly three months later. The response is always the same they will order it and call me back. I emailed them 8 times without a returned email and also left multiple voicemails from June through current and they never return those either.

I would like a full refund and feel as though they should pay for the interest on this dress if possible.

This business did not delivered my items at agreed time on contract. Then they demand that I pay more than what on contract to get my ordered items.
Order was placed 06/09 and paid in full for shipping to Las Vegas NV. Ordered 6 dresses with salesperson *** $457 style *** they were to be mailed out next business day. I called 07/05 after not receiving the dresses. I was told that dresses had been returned to store because UPS messed up and shipped wrong. Then I was told they would be mailed out next day fast shipping so I can get them ASAP. I called again 07/09 and now I'm being told by manager *** that I have to pay more money because they don't ship dresses from this store and the salesperson was fired because she didn't know what she as doing. They refused to give me refund although I still don't have dresses and they told me that if I wanted the dresses I have to pay ANOTHER $40 more than what I signed for on my contract. At the time of sale I was also pressured to pay cash as they said they would charge me a fee to pay with my card so I don't have a way home o dispute any charges.

Desired Outcome

I need a refund of $40 that this company fraudulently charged me after taking $457 of my cash. They also need to stop asking for cash payments because they have a lot of consumer complaints on Yelp and there's nothing consumer can do for protection.

. ***purchasemaids drenes from us, we do not ship out straight retail, she requested for us to ship them out and it was clearly explained to her that out of courtesy I Will take them to ups but whatever the cost is of shopping we are not liable nor responsible for the fees, We still did her a favor and is asking for shopping fees there are no refunde for shopping I did it out of courtesy to provide customer service its sad when you try to go the extra mile and people dont appreciate. She received the drenes our contract is complete.

Contract states that balance was paid in full and dresses were to be mailed to me as I reside in different state. Per contract I was to be mailed dresses on 06/10 and the balance was paid in full cash. Dresses were not mailed until I contacted the shop 6 weeks after they had failed to send anything and they stated that I either paid an ADDITIONAL $40 COD to receive the dresses or forfeit everything I had already paid. I had no choice but to pay another $40 to receive the dresses or forfeit the entire amount I had already paid. I was made to believe I would receive my product in a few days and they even demanded cash payment or they would charge me extra to pay with my credit card. The selller deceptively sold me a product with promise to deliver like stated on my purchase order which I have a signed copy that clearly states delivery and fraudulently charged me an additional $40 with threat to forfeit the entire amount that I paid. I was given no choice.
