No attorney would request copies of anything sent to their client, rather they would directly request information sent to themselvesBy no means will I forward any evidence to Ms*** as that is unnecessary and frankly unheard of in any legal pretense
If attorneys will be involved, I would be more than happy to forward my family's attorney information for direct contact by Ms***'s attorney.
Further more, this issue has been dragging on for far too longThere is absolutely no justification or evidence that Ms*** has brought forth or even the desire to want to conclude this issue in the attempt of demanding money from me
I remain firm on refusal to pay based on the fact that no service was needed, no service was rendered and I did not break any clause in any agreement, verbal or written or assumed

I have spoken to my Lawyer. He is requesting a copy of the audio and video tapes that the parent has recorded of my instructor and myself. Please send the copies to [redacted] School of Driving,;LLC [redacted]. We would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for supplying me with the audio and video tapes.

Let me start by stating that I have seven witnesses on the 18th. Myself, my aunt, my daughter [redacted], my two sons, my father, and my mother. We were all at my home, we were all outside when [redacted] arrived without notification.
Let me back this outrageous lie of my cussing and irate nature by stating that given what I do for a living, my belief in calm above chaos and the fact that two of my children are disabled, cursing is NOT accepted anywhere near my family let alone me doing so.
My insurance agent I did not speak to regarding the amount of hours, and I never said I did. I stated that I spoke to him prior and the company did accept certificates; nothing more.
These blatant lies and attempts at making me look as though I went off on Ms. [redacted] simply because she tried to get more money out of me than was necessary will not be tolerated.
I fully accept the fact my daughter will not receive a certificate based on not enough instructor hours, however I  am not about to pay for services unneeded and unscheduled after the second lesson. Again, further communication between instructor and owner should be done rather than assumptions made. And to lie when I have so many willing to stand up against these ludicrous statements in dispute, is completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
No certificate is fine. I will not pay for any 'missed lessons'. Again, and based on historical fact and  evidence, every lesson with [redacted] yielded in a call the day before first to my home number and then to my cell number. No calls were made prior to the showing up of [redacted] on the 18th. [redacted] cleared my daughter after the second lesson as complete unless I personally called in for another lesson, which my phone records do not reveal.
If witness testimony is needed and records, I have that available and can forward notarized.
Taking advantage of young adults and families and verbal abuse by a business owner in the presence of young children is ghastly. Ms. [redacted] was the only irate and 'potty mouth' individual in all this, as the phone call by her to me yielded on the 18th when [redacted] left our home due to being sent to our home for absolutely no reason other than an $80 hand out.
My youngest son is 7, and was standing near [redacted] on the 18th, and will also verify that we were all home and the conversation with her. that [redacted] had no idea why she was sent there that day. As well as my 10 year old. My children all heard Ms. [redacted] screaming through our home phone that same day, and me asking her why she was so offensive, to the point I hung up on her to save my eardrums and my childrens' innocence. As far as [redacted] stating my daughter was done on the second lesson, [redacted] spent time on our front porch speaking about it next to my father, my aunt, myself, and my 15 year old daughter.
I have audio home survellience all around our home perimeter. Sadly for Ms. [redacted], we run the
Cameras 24/7. Every word, every statement, has been recorded. I am also willing to share that evidence. And we do have clear markings and notices that upon entering our property, one is being recorded.
I have too many witnesses and too much evidence to confirm the circumstances as I have stated are correct. This fact only stresses the lack of communication between owner and instructor.
Regards,

Review: [redacted]Upon needing a driving instructor for my daughter, we choose [redacted]'s school of driving. My daughter had some significant time in driving and needed help with parallel parking, reverse driving and making sure she was doing everything perfectly before going for her test. My original call with [redacted] resulted in her pressing that we schedule 4 appointments, with the understanding that if more or less were needed, that we would take it lesson by lesson.[redacted]'s appointments were scheduled for 6/4/2014, 6/16, 6/18 and 6/19/2014. [redacted], the owner, called on 6/3/2014 to confirm the 6/4 appointment, and then another called was received on 6/14 to confirm the 6/16 appointment. I had confirmed both appointments. Again, appointments were day by day and with the understanding that the second appointment was all that was needed because of [redacted]'s prior experience. [redacted]'s first lesson (6/4) went very well, and was with an instructor named [redacted]. [redacted] stated after the first lesson that [redacted] truly was ready for her test, and needed no further lessons, unless we felt she should take more. I insisted on one more, and [redacted] agreed to take her to the driving course and go through it with [redacted]. This appointment was scheduled to take place on (6/16). [redacted] and [redacted] returned, and [redacted] said [redacted] did wonderful, and further appointments were a 'waste of our money', and that she had only had one other student who needed such few lessons in the past. We thanked her for her time and working with [redacted], and paid her.On 6/18, [redacted] arrived at our home, just as confused as we were. She stated she knew [redacted] didn't need further lessons and she didn't know why she was sent to our home, that [redacted] told her to come. [redacted] called me, irate, insisting I owe money for that day because I did not cancel the lesson. There was no call to confirm by [redacted], there was no lesson needed and this she knew. [redacted] was so offensive I had to hang up on her, and then she sends me a bill?Desired Settlement: [redacted] is refusing to give [redacted] her certificate of completion, stating she did not complete the lessons. [redacted] was given the 'thumbs up' by her instructor that she was ready to test, and to hold back a certificate of completion to help cut insurance costs simply because [redacted] did not need further lessons and to feed Ms.[redacted]'s pocketbook is very unfair and unjust. Ms. [redacted] has also sent me a bill for $80 for a lesson on 6/18; both 6/18 and 6/19 lessons were cancelled since unneeded.

Response:

The original call to my company was made on 5/14/2014 @ 9:30 am

The original conversation between the student's parent and me.

The first question the parent had for me was, "Do have any instructors who are very patient?" I explained to the parent that we are all very patient. The parent explained to me that she had used another driving school for her daughter and didn't like the other company because he was inpatient and not informative. ([redacted] School of Driving)

Parent explained to me that her daughter was very sensitive and had major anxiety. I explained to the parent how in-tuned are instructors are to the students’ needs and I ensured her that we would be a great fit for daughter.

Parent was inquiring about insurance discount for the student. I explained to the parent in-order to receive a discount from the insurance company she would need to contact the insurance company to see exactly what the insurance company required for a discount. The parent called her insurance agent and then called me back, her insurance company said that they would accept the 6 hours behind the wheel instruction. Some insurance companies want both 6 hours behind the wheel and 30 hours theory class for a full certificate. Some insurance companies will accept just the 6 hours behind the wheel. No insurance company will accept less than 6 hours behind the wheel.

To receive a certificate for behind the wheel instruction a student must complete the full six hours (whether or not the student has mastered their driving skill) this is the policy of the Department of Education in PA. I explained this to the parent. The parent wants me to give the certificate to her daughter without completion. When students or parents contact my company and asks "how many lesson will I need to take" my response is always "It depends on the student and how quickly they can pick up the driving skills. All driving companies that I know of sell packages for lessons. I do not believe in selling package because I don't know how many lessons a student will need to master driving. The parent scheduled four lesson so that the student would be able to receive a 6 hour behind the wheel certificate to get a discount on insurance. Each lesson is 90 minutes long.

Student's appointments were scheduled for

6/4/2014, 6/16, 6/18 and 6/19/2014.

I called on 6/3/2014 @ 3:04 pm to confirm the 6/4

Appointment,

And then 6/14 to confirm 6/16, 6/18 and 6/19 appointment.

The appointments were confirmed by the parent, 6/3/2014 @ 3:00 pm and 6/14/2014 @ 04:07 PM ###-###-#### PITTSBURGH NW 1 0.00 (This is the copy of the phone call from my bill)

I also have the exact dates and time of all of the text, phone messages between the student and the parent. As well as the instructor phone records too.

The parent never mentioned cancelling any of the student’s lessons. The parent was well aware of the 6 hours behind the wheel for the insurance discount. On 6/18 [redacted] my instructor called the student when she arrived at the student’s home, the student said she wasn't home and didn't want to take the lesson that day. [redacted] was at the student’s house no one was there. She called me to report the problem and I contacted the mother. The mother did answer the house phone but didn't come to the door when the instructor was knocking.

I talked to the mother and explained to her that the student would need to complete the full 6 hours behind the wheel to receive the certificate. I also told the mother that [redacted] was still in the area and I could have her turn around and come back. She started yelling and cussing saying that my instructor was not at her home. I told her that she had left and was on her way home but I could have her come back. She said that her daughter was out with her friends. I told the mother that I have a policy (that I also explained to her the day she originally called me and it is clearly stated on my website) same day cancellations must be paid in full. Again, the mother was cussing and yelling at me, saying that she was not going to pay for something she didn't receive and I had better send the certificate of completion. I told the mother that I was willing to only charge her $40 dollars instead of the full $80 dollar charge. The mother cussed again and hang

the phone up.

I have to pay my instructor because the appointment was confirmed and [redacted] did show up at the student’s house.

I would like to see the student receive a full certificate for behind the wheel instruction. The student has not had a full highway lesson and has not had a chance to take a mock driving test at DMV. I am willing to reschedule the student with [redacted] as long as the parent pays for the cancelled lesson and the remaining hours in advance. The charge for the cancelled lesson is $40 dollars and the remaining 2 lessons charge is $160. I am hoping that we can resolve this problem in a timely manner.

Looking forward, Thank you
