Good morning.  Mr [redacted] and I had already been in contact prior to receiving this complaint and we are scheduling the installation of an interior drain tile system and connecting it to the sump pump to catch the remaining dampness on one wall with no additional cost to him.  We had...

offered this previously, directly after installation, and this was not accepted, but Mr [redacted] has now agreed to allow us to attempt this additional work. We have been out two times to video scope the original drain tile work which is by all that we can tell perfectly fine.  There is an unusual condition present that is allowing moisture to remain in a few concrete blocks, despite an entirely new exterior drain tile system.  I'm not sure we can explain precisely why this is happening, but we do not believe it has anything to do with the original installation.Mr [redacted] has agreed to this interior drain tile solution, and we appreciate his flexibility, and we are committed to getting this resolved to everyone's satisfaction.  I will note that there was a delay in our part this past week from a communication standpoint, he is definitely correct on that point, but we want to emphasize that this is due to a rush of business due to recent rainfall and definitely not that we are attempting to put the customer on the backburner.  Indeed, we have made several attempts previously to resolve this, and remain committed to a dry basement for Mr [redacted]. Thank you for the communication and we will update you as this proceeds.

apparently was not related to the customer in a timely manner.  We pride ourselves in customer service, and occasionally we fall short in that regard, and I apologize on behalf of our organization for this letdown.We will be calling you today and explaining the plan, and will complete the final aspect of this work and correct any other issues to make sure that everything is more than satisfactory to the customer.Best regards,[redacted]Owner
